Domino's Pizza, Jackson MO

It's basically the only pizza worth buying in Jackson anymore now that little Ceasars hot'n'ready is over $7 now. No reason not to get domino's 2-for-$6.99 coupon instead

I felt really bad for the staff this Thursday night. Pick up orders were slammed all the way up to the entrance. By the time i arrived to the window I was told the wait was 15 minutes on top of the first initial 30 minutes I waited after making the order. So we drove to the end of the line to wait only to be told it was going to be another 15 minute wait by the time we got to the window the second time, I ended up requesting my money back which is something I usually never do. After fasting and having surgery yesterday i wanted to pick up some pizza from dominos and they dropped the ball honestly, and it wasn't the employees fault. Better training and/or expansion is needed for this location. This was after countless people left and peeled out of the parking lot shortly before leaving so I know we weren't the only family that left very dissatisfied and hungry. I hope service improves in the future because it's in a great location to be honest.

Ordered a pizza that arrived cold and the delivery driver apologized that the pizza was cold as soon as it arrived because she had to deliver multiple orders. When I called the management he kept saying there was no way the pizza was cold and hung up the phone. The evening manager is the rudest manager I have ever witnessed. I randomly got a knock on my door from the same delivery driver with a new pizza apologizing for how her manager handled the situation. We ended up throwing out the pizza because we were worried about what might have been done to the replacement.

Ordered a pineapple and cheese pizza and it only had toppings in the middle and the crust was over cooked could hardly bite into it. It seems the last few times it’s gotten worse, when ya call to complain the man calls you a liar. May have to stop going there I’m tired of wasting my money on pizza I throw in the trash

People here are rude we were at a Soccer tournament, and we're gonna take the kids to pizza afterwards. And they wouldn't around put in paper on everybody's window saying that we couldn't park there. Like they were the police or something putting tickets on everybody's window for parking there.it said parking is for customers only when there wasn't even anyone there because it was 11 am when game was over.disappointed in the manners.

Pizza was burnt, cheese sticks tasted like chemicals. When I did call the evening manager was rude and said I'm not giving you free food. I asked how we would resolve the problem with no answer said maybe I should talk with your3 gm. The guy got very smart In The mouth and said we don't have have one he retired. It just blew me away how this guy treats his customers. He said the Manger would be therr in the morning I had to ask him name then he hung up on me. I will be making a in-person trip tomorrow and will NEVER GO BACK.

This place has the nicest staff I've ever dealt with. My pizza was HOT AND FRESH and assembled picture perfect! The lack of a full 5 stars is not directed at the employees in any way, shape or form. I will gladly and proudly change it to 5 stars when the delivery area is expanded. Quite disappointed to learn that 4.9 miles away from the store is out of there delivery range. But, there is hot spot for pick up at the DMart. That doesn't help at all when I do not want to or can't drive. Another than that, rant is over and KUDOS!

I will not be returning to this Dominos again. I agree with many of these other reviews. The pizzas have gotten worse over the last year. We decide to try them out again thinking maybe it will be made well. This time we decided to return the pizzas before even getting home. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere on a pizza actually worth eating. Such a disappointment this particular establishment has went down hill.

Pizzas have gotten worse every time we go. We keep thinking surely they have figured out the issues. This time, the ingredients were so sparse that I would have been embarrassed to let them leave my store. It's bad when Little Caesars puts 3 times the toppings. That's why we go there now.

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Dominos, and I have to say, I was blown away by their amazing customer service and delicious food. From start to finish, my experience with Dominos was nothing short of exceptional.

Staff acted aggravated that I came in and they had to work. Food was hot but it was overcooked.

They use to be Good now everything is overcooked and cold.
Need to find a better place for pizza

We order pizza, pasta, chicken and bread here on a regular basis with both delivery and store pickup. Always prompt and friendly with good prices. Would like to see a bigger variety of drinks, but not complaining.

Ordered my pizza online and drove 30 minutes to get my pizza. The tracker showed finished when I had got to the store then it updated to show it back in prep. Was told it would be another hour. Order was canceled without issues. I will now longer order from this store unless I have to already be in town for another reason. Has isn’t cheap not my time

Pretty Good pizza, I ordered through the app. On my way home. It was a 3 topping thin. I would get this again.

Left a good tip and the delivery driver was extremely disrespectful! I called and the manager didn't seem to worried about it!
