The people at Don Vance Ford seem to be nice people. But talk really is cheap. I would not take any vehicle to them for work ever again.

Jason was amazing. So was everyone else there at Don Vance. We did some chatting on a used vehicle and I was in it in no time. They even delivered and took my trade in back with em. Would recommend to anyone

Well, I am not sure where to start! I called in to Ken to do a new build with Don Vance Ford. The entire process was easy, pleasant, and over all amazing. I am so happy with my purchase of the 2023 Expedition. Ken has such good communication skills and always responds in a timely manner. Ben in the finance office made us feel welcome. No pressure. He is personable. If I could give this experience a 10 star I would.

We bought an suv from them 2 days ago, back door won't open from the inside going out. I called them up they said it would be 135.00 fee just to look at it, I asked to talk to the manager and he hung up on me.if this is how they do everyone then stay as far away as you can!

If you are considering doing business with Don Vance Ford run away immediately. Today April 18th, 2023 I was scheduled to come in, pay for and drive home a 2021 Ford F150 that Don Vance had agreed to sell me at a negotiated price. I had failed to properly sign the $1000 deposi that was done via the phone and texting. Instead of calling me back to make sure that it was done properly, the dealership sold the vehicle to someone else. I am furious at them to say the least. This was handled in the most unprofessional and cutthroat manner that I can imagine. When I called the manager to get an explanation he hung up on me after a brief conversation. Don Vance Ford burned me so my advice is to do business with with another dealership.

Called and offered cash on a used vehicle. Wouldn’t drop the price one bit. Not even up for discussion. Which is fine but then they said plus admin costs or something like that which was $565 plus the cost. Kind of bummed out. I’ve heard nothing but great things but, It was like they didn’t want to discuss anything. So vehicle was a lot more than what internet price says.

Can not believe I was tricked into buying a car that was not properly serviced and checked before being sold on the lot. I have never had such bad experience with a car dealership than I have with this place. General manager did not want to hear any feedback and believes his team can do no wrong. After having the car purchased for 4 days and it dies and now having to jump through hoops to get it properly serviced because it wasn’t the first time. Thieves, liars and conmen.

Couldn’t be more disappointed. I let myself cool off before writing this! Basically you mean nothing to the business. Service after the sale is absolutely lost on these folks. Long story short, spent a lot of money (for me) and went to what I thought was a reliable dealer. 55 days later I’m on foot and they say “ they all break, good day”. Rude, won’t return calls in a timely manner. Lesson here is you’d get better customer service from a drug dealer in my opinion and I’ll never spend another dime with these folks nor will any of my family, friends or acquaintances!

Got the call this morning that our financing was approved and we could come up and finish buying the vehicle we test drove two days ago. When we got there we filled out some paperwork and layed the down payment on the desk. Then they told us we had to wait until someone else (who came in to test drive it that day) made the decision to buy it or not. We waited for over an hour and were told we had to wait even longer on the other people's financial approval and then their decision to buy the vehicle or not. We protested and they said "first come first served". We test drove it first. Our financing was approved first. We arrived with the down payment in cash ready to take it home first. We were first and we should have been served first. But we weren't. Don Vance lost our business today and they won't get it back.

Actually I am wrighting this review on behalf of my 85 year old parents. They paid cash for a used vehicle off their lot last Monday. Feb 13. Yes it was sold as is but but 4 days later they started having transmission problems. Had to have it towed. Now they paid cash for this car. When my mother called the manager he said. Sorry it was sold AS IS. They would fix it but it would cost my mom and dad. 4 days and they won't even give them a deal on fixing it. Pay half or something. Well that is just wrong to me. I would never send anyone to them. Not sure how some of these people sleep at night. Take advantage of old people. Guess I might have to take it to BBB and social media.
Missouri has a 30 day full money back guarantee.they should have offered to give them their money back. But wait then they would have to pay to get it fixed.

I contacted Michael today to request my "500 down payment back" was told i signed a nonrefundable form and they aren't going to vive it back. It is sad that a dealership that is as "profitable" as Don Vance cant afford to return a deposit. It would be different if i signed finance paper with them then backed out. I was told to put the mobey down that would keep other people from buying it. After signing the "deposit to hold the vehicle" my finance company came vack with a number that wasnt in my budget. Nor was the one that they said they could get me approved for. When I called back do retain my deposit that is when i was told it isnt refundable.

Buyers be aware if they say we can save the vehile walk away. How it is legal to alow a company keep money even though they didn't provide any service is beyond me.

Bought an f150 still under warranty, within the 1st month it threw an turbo code. They can't get it in for days and don't have a loaner. How am I supposed to get to work? Spend over 40k and this is what you get?

Good car so far but they didn't vacuum out the car had to tell them twice to make sure oil was changed and had to order another key fob. The wife took off work to go get the fob an have it programmed on a appointment and they didn't have the fob. Big waist of time. They were nice and all though. Won't be going back

Two different tries trying to come work out a deal on vehicle here, first one basically wouldn’t budge 1.00.literally. 2 weeks later while scrolling on their website the same vehicle had a price drop for more then I asked if they would take! Second, fine with the asking price no problems there, but some concerns with vehicle and again, nope wouldn’t budge on meeting in the middle with my concern or take less, so I could literally take it somewhere else to get fixed.

My friend was driving his 2019 Ford Transit home when the check engine light started flashing. He was near Springfield MO & pulled off the highway to ask for assistance to the nearest Ford dealership. Fortunately, Don Vance Ford was on the frontage road near the exit he chose. Their Service Dept was able to get him in right away. They diagnosed the problem & got to work fixing it right away. Highly recommend them.

Do not ever use their services. They crashed my mother’s truck on their lot and didn’t tell her until she went to check on it herself. You’re getting a phone call about this tomorrow.
