The entire staff was extremely helpful. We had no idea what we were looking for in a bike or what all was needed to get started and be able to really enjoy biking. They took the time to explain differences in bikes, help find the proper fit, and get the necessary accessories. We made a 6 hour round trip to get the bikes from them because of the service they gave us and I would recommend anyone do the same, you won't regret it.

I was here from out of town and had to go to the store not only once, but twice. I had came down to ride and they came through both times. If it wasn’t for them I would have driven 10 hours for disappointment! They were super helpful. Then took the time to recommend some trails and even recommend against some trails. Great experience. Great people. Great shop!

Craig was friendly and completed all the work I asked him to do for a reasonable price. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive tune up package, only what he felt I really needed. I appreciate his integrity. I was thrilled the work was completed on time and my bike is good as new.

My wife and I recently purchased two matching Giant Escape 1 bikes. As amateur bikers I had lots of questions I wanted answers to before making a large investment. I did a lot of research and called several bike shops. Although Downhill Bikes was over two hours away from our home, I knew immediately I was in good hands when I talked with the owner. In less than a week he had our bikes ordered, assembled, and ready for pick-up. Truly a pleasant experience!

Craig is awesome! He takes time with you. He's very encouraging, helpful and patient with his customers. My friend bought a bike and bike rack from him. He installed the bike rack and showed us how to secure the bike. Pretty sure he does any repairs needed.
