Downtown Park reviews
11I like that it has wifi and public bathrooms but that's about all there is to like about it. It has electrical outlets but they only turn them on during a scheduled event then immediately turn them off afterwards. The wooden benches there are abit painful to sit in for extended periods. If they would leave the electricity on it wouldn't be so bad.
Splash pad broken. So my 4yr old nephew's birthday party was a disappointment for the kids
It's convenient, nice and has playground equipment, restrooms and covered picnic area with free WiFi. Nice little park and in the summer time a farmers market and the 4th weekend of August a Refurbished Fair with live music and Food trucks.
Awesome splash pad and playground area. Extra large Covered pavilion right next to the splash pad with tables and restrooms!
This is a great place to take your kids to have a little outing. It's nothing super special but they have a playground a little splash pad and a picnic area under a awning.lot of parking, and they hold food truck events at this location as well.
We're on vacation and wanted to check the downtown area out and it was cool there were people dancing in the park a fun and clean playground and the splash pad was fun for not only the kids but for me and the hubby too
Cute, small splash pad and park. Lots of parking and a huge open pavilion. The pavilion has bathrooms. Right behind downtown and by the train tracks.
Love the downtown park! The bathrooms are almost always clean and have toilet paper unlike the south park, and they don't get to hot. My toddler loves running between the playground and splash pad, we literally spend at least two hours here each visit. Plus it's nice having this park for all the kids during events like first on front. Just a reminder that they do close the splash pad when the weather is still cold.
Super peaceful to sit at during the day. Not a lot of traffic in the area or distractions while trying to get some studying done.
When my grandchildren visit we love to go downtown park. I like that the splash area and park area are right next to each other. This makes supervision and safety much easier. There is a nice picnic area for snacks or lunch. The bathrooms are always clean and stocked which is great with kiddos.
