Dr. Aaron M. Chamberlain, MD reviews
8Dr Chamberlain completed a RTSR for me 2021-2022 and was an excellent surgeon with an awesome bedside manner. He was very personable and took the time to ensure he answered all my questions. 5 stars all the way!
Dr. Chamberlain is the Ritz-Carlton of orthopedic surgeons. His skillset is remarkable and he always provides the gold standard of care at each appointment. Thus far, every interaction with Dr. Chamberlain has been genuine, memorable, and personalized. Dr. Chamberlain’s compassion, even-keeled disposition, and personality eased my fears and now I feel 110% confident in the care of Dr. Chamberlain.
Dr. CHAMBERLAIN treated my wife during a difficult time. She had fallen outside in winter, broke her arm and subsequently damaged a nerve in her arm which effected all the movement in her hand. We visited Dr. Chamberlain through a referral from another doctor and found him to be very professional, focused, and attentive to the details of her injury; he listened and he cared. My wife had the surgery to install the plate needed to allow her bones to heal. Dr. Chamberlain not only fixed the break but he helped the nerve issue by cleaning up some scar tissue around the nerve and this was enough to allow for the nerve to recover and my wife to ultimately make a full recovery without another surgery. I/we are so grateful to have had Dr. Chamberlain step into our lives at that time and help my wife and I the get her life back. So greatful!
My wife and I where just thinking about him last night on a drive home from vacation. We had heard of another person who had broke her arm and needed a good doctor. I looked him up via Google this morning because he was still on my mind. When I saw that he had something less than 5/5 stars I felt more than obligated to share our experience as a small token of our sincere appreciation for how he helped change our lives with his many skills and experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Chamberlain and if i was in a situation in the future where i needed his skills; i would immediately get a referral to see him. I hope this helps someone else who needs a little advice in finding an excellent doctor.
I had a Torn rotator cuff and a bone spur if that’s correct an was VERY afraid off the whole surgery going under thing. But Dr. Chamberlain and his staff made me feel at ease they talk me thru, an before I knew it I was out of surgery an home in bed. If I were you I’d come here
My left shoulder problems didn't respond to physical therapy with only temporary relief from a steroid injection. An MRI and ultrasound confirmed the presence of a partial tear. So my physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor referred me to Dr. Chamberlain. Dr. Chamberlain has a reputation for being one of the top shoulder surgeons, and he didn't disappoint. During our first meeting I could tell that he was very knowledgable and had nothing to prove. He appeared to be honest and humble. Dr. Chamberlain explained that he would probably just need to clean up the area and shave the bone with a decompression surgery, but that sometimes the MRI "lies" and that if the tendon is hanging from a thread he might have to reattach it, which would be a much more major surgery with a longer recovery. I agreed that surgery seemed like the best option. After the surgery I discovered from Dr. Chamberlain that the MRI did in fact lie, but in a good way. It turns out that I had no tear at all! He apparently just shaved the bone, including a bone spur, to create more space and cleaned up the area. He prescribed pain pills in advance of the surgery, but I didn't need any. I didn't even need OTC meds. I removed the sling the day after the surgery and lifted light weights a few days after that. My brother had a similar surgery in Ireland with a frozen shoulder being a complication from his surgery, so this made me wonder why I didn't have any frozen shoulder symptoms with the same surgery for the same condition. He claims he had a great shoulder surgeon, but I am thinking I had a better surgeon. Coincidentally my brother also apparently had an MRI that falsely diagnosed a partial tear, so this is probably a common occurrence. It is now 8 months after the surgery and I have made a fantastic recovery. Before the surgery I had great trouble raising my hand above my head or reaching behind me. Now I have almost full active range of motion. Due to the shoulder injury I previously had a lot of trouble lifting weights which resulted in a visible decrease in muscle mass which was causing me to develop a dad bod. It took about 6 months before I could do heavy bench presses again and I am now looking and feeling stronger. The worst part of the surgery was the anesthesia that caused my bladder to hurt a lot with trouble urinating for about 24 hours. I had a brief follow up appointment with Dr. Chamberlain about 2 weeks after the surgery during which I told him what a great job his staff and him were doing. So in conclusion I would strongly recommend Dr. Chamberlain. He is trustworthy and provides state of the art care for shoulder problems.
I had a broken humerus and a damaged radial nerve and another doctor in my small told me I would never be able to move my arm again. I got a referral to see Dr Chamberlain and he explained everything to me very well and recommended a surgery to fix the bone and a follow up surgery to fix the nerve. The nerve specialist agreed. However, Dr Chamberlain did such a great job on the first surgery, I didn't need a 2nd one. I started gaining sensation back in my arm right after he operated. He was also very good at listening to my concerns and explaining everything to me. Best doctor ever!
Dr.chamberlin wasn’t good for me.maybe others have a different opinion but he didn’t talk much.did not explain.i was left in the dark then he wanted to go back into my arm again, my arm was extremely sore after at least 8mons had gone by.so I went to another doctor and they did an mri.this doctor was more hands on and did explain what DrChamberlane could not.are maybe didn’t want to explain.this Dr.i wouldn’t recommend to a Dog.
