Dr. David Hatch - Root Canal Specialists, Festus MO

I have anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist but all of that was alleviated by Dr. Hatch. He and his assistant made me feel very comfortable. It was a great experience, even though I had a root canal. I would highly recommend his services. The whole staff was great!

I recently went to Dr. David Hatch for a root canal. I have to say, that was the best experience I've had with a root canal. He came in like a ninja (without me realizing it) and in what seemed like a short amount of time, I was finished. He was smooth and quick. I would recommend this ninja to anyone! So easy and swift - I couldn't pick him out of a line up! I barely got a glimpse of him. Great experience!

I started off the day very upset over my tooth pain/finances/being able to get treated in a timely manner etc. I have nothing but wonderful things to say in regards to the secretary I spoke with on the phone and asked a million questions to the lady in billing, Jess, Dr. Hatch and all the rest of the staff! I was taken care of and all my questions were met with patience and a thorough explanation! I would recommend Dr. Hatch to anyone needing to see an Endodontist! Very professional!

Dr Hatch and Jessica were amazing. Made me comfortable and took care of it in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend them to everyone! Massage chair and tv were a huge plus!

My dentist told me that I would need an extraction but I decided to get a second opinion from an endodontist. The first couple offices I called, couldn't see me for a month or more. I found Dr. Hatch's office who was able to schedule me at their Festus office the next day. I am so glad I found them because Dr. Hatch was caring, informative and was able to save my tooth! I felt zero pain and was traveling 2 days later with no complications. I told Dr. Hatch I was going to have some other work done in Cancun. He was kind enough to sit down and write out a treatment plan for me to give the dentist there and gave me a cd of my 3D x-ray's.
His treatment plan was completely different then the one my dentist (who told me just to get an implant) had given me. His plan was about saving the teeth.
Before I even gave my dentist in Mexico the treatment plan Dr. Hatch suggested, they gave almost the exact same plan. I felt better know 2 specialist's were on the same page. I hope to never need an endodontist again but if I do, I know I'm in good hands with Root Canal Specialists. Staff was super sweet and caring as well!

I would never have thought I would leave a 5-star review for something as awful as a root canal, but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Once the numbing process was started, it was very comfortable. I had a massage in the chair while I laid back and watched a movie. My anxiety had me gripping my shirt, so they gave me some stress balls to hold onto. I mentioned how cold it was in the procedure room and how I had talked myself out of bringing a sweatshirt and the assistant brought me a blanket! I drove almost an hour to be seen at this office and I’m so glad I did. Thank you Dr. Hatch!

It was a great experience. I was in and out in no time and it was the first root canal I ever needed. The best part was the chairs had back massage in them. Every dentist office needs those type of chairs. Only thing I wish they offered a payment plan. I highly recommend this office for root canals.

Although they’d had some technical difficulties earlier in the day they saw me at the appointment time. We were not sure I needed another root canal but in 5 minutes the doc had confirmed the need and we were ready to get started. It was awkward as all dental work is, but it went quickly and painlessly. I’m not going to suggest it was a good time because root canal, but I don’t see how it could have gone any better considering the circumstances. They communicated well, we got along great, and the whole process was expeditious and smooth. A+ would return if necessary.

This is my second Visit. As expected all went well. I tell everyone that the only pain I have from a root canal is paying for it. Even then, the staff are helpful working through the insurance garbage to come up with your best rest result.

I have never had a bad interact from this office. They always go out of their way to make the procedure as painless as possible. Although I do not want a root canal! If I need one this is a great place to go. I highly recommend them.

Leslie was very understanding of my situation and assisted me every step of the way. I was able to call Leslie at a moment noticed and she was able to schedule me the same week for an evaluation and treatment. Erika was so helpful and a pleasure to work with I felt at ease and confident knowing I was in good hands going through my procedure. The equipment was state of the art and Dr. Hatch has a pair of gifted hands I did not feel any pain doing my procedure and no pain afterwards his work is top notch, talk about the Midas touch he is the best and I would refer anybody to Root Canal Specialist for their quality of work, professional service and customer care. My dentist swore I didn't need a root canal but gave me a referral to this office because I continued to have pain in my tooth and he could not diagnose. It took about 2 minutes for Dr. Hatch to find the cracked tooth and determine that I did in fact need the root canal to fix. The procedure was quick and the staff did all they could to make sure that I was comfortable and without pain. And then I left with my doctor's personal cell phone number to contact if I had any emergencies after the procedure. I would recommend this office to anyone!
