I was scheduled for a root canal with Dr. Massey in a month's time. However, the horrible, throbbing pain from within the tooth became so intense, I called to see if I could get in earlier. The scheduling process was super easy and I underwent a root canal within a day. Dr. Massey and his staff are friendly and professional. My entire experience from start to finish was top end positive. I highly recommend Greater Springfield Endodontics to anyone who needs a root canal.

I was grateful that even in winter conditions, they were still fully staffed and I was able to get my root canal done. They took their time to ensure I wouldn’t have any issues later down the road with my root canal. On top of that, they were able to schedule me in quickly which meant a lot to me. Will definitely use there services again!

Dr Massey and his staff were very punctual and informative throughout the procedure, making sure I was comfortable. Also, very proactive concerning COVID.

The staff was great! Not only were they polite and accommodating but they did a great job with my Teeth. I had a root canal and I can honestly rate the discomfort I had as a 1 out of 10. I anticipated having to take pain medicine and just taking it easy at the house but afterwards no medication was needed and I was able to run around town running errands and hanging with friends as if it were any other day, minus work lol

I had a great experience. Dr. Massey was in the room with minutes of arrival. He was able to pinpoint my issues and did not try to get me to do a bunch of extras. The office was very upfront about the cost which was a nice change.

This was my first time seeing these folks and I can tell you that if you need them they are all fantastic. The staff was methodical and efficient checking me in during the time of COVID. The Dentists and assistants were a well oiled machine. I had a root canal and unfortunately it wasn’t my first, however it was the smoothest and least painful. Basically I’m saying, stop brushing and eat junk food. It’s worth the visit. That last part was a joke.

My 13 yo daughter needed a root canal due to a tooth deformity, and Dr. Massey and his team were excellent with her. Considerate and knowledgeable, they made her comfortable and as relaxed as possible. At the end, she said it was not as scary as she expected. They even called the next day to check on her. We are very happy with the results, and she has recovered with almost no pain.

Dr. Massey did an amazing and painless job on my root canal. I was extremely appreciative of the front desk staff, I struggled with card issues and they were patient and helpful while I got it fixed. The entire experience was great!

Yesterday I went to Dr. Massey's office for a root canal, which aren't pleasant. I've got to say the doctor's whole staff was friendly, well educated, and they were concerned about my visit from the moment I got there until I left their office. I actually had a great time. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Dr Massey's and staff.

I am pretty sure that everyone agrees, going to the Dentist sucks, But this was hands down the best experience I have ever had.

Great experience! I'm not fond of the dentist by any means but this was a very smooth process. Dr. Massey and his assistant were amazing!
