Scheduled Pamela for a virtual appointment through my healthcare. I waited for 30 minutes on the call, she never joined. No communication she was going to be late, and support couldn’t even get a hold of her either. It’s doctors like this that ruin our ability to advance in the area of Telehealth Care. You can provide all the cool technology, but if the doctors don’t do their part, it’s all worthless.
Had a telehealth appointment where she hung up on me after 2 minutes. Later received a full report summary. Curious where she got the diagnosis/information since we did not complete the visit.
HORRIBLE. NEGLECTFUL. SHE IS GOING TO BE THE REASON PEOPLE DIE. WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER MET IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. She works at Bonne Terre, Missouri 63628 Parkland Hospital EMERGENCY ROOM. If I could give her 0 stars I would.
