Update. I previously gave Comfort Pros (now Dragonfly Mechanical) a 5 star review.
In my previous post, Steven, the service tech, found the issue and got me cooling again during the hottest days we had. My system was a Nordine.now out of business. The previous service manager tried to sell me a new air handler. I declined & actually forgot about it. The heat strips were my back up heat to my heat pump. Of course, we had the coldest cold snap we've had in years.my heat pump couldn't keep up. Long & short, Dragonfly (and a different service mgr) found a replacement and fixed it at no additional cost to me. I'm EXTREMELY PLEASED with the service tech and Dragonfly Mechanical (Service Pro) Company.

Furnace would not act up while service man was present. He did clean the flame sensor so let’s hope that was the issue. Thank you for your prompt service

Our furnace went out Thursday night, we sent a message to them & by Friday morning Crystal had already reached out with all the information we needed & she had their techs out that afternoon to install it. They were great! The whole team is professional, informative, friendly & courteous.

Everyone we dealt with from Dragonfly Mechanical had the same respect and concern for our needs and were exceptional listeners and responders.

Andy, the technician who replaced the evap coil for a leak was extremely thorough. After he installed the coil, he tested it with nitrogen to make sure there is no leak before he charged the unit with the refrigerant. He also replaced my old condensate drain line that was dirty. Gave some useful tips on hvac maintenance. I'd highly recommend Andy for his knowledge and thoroughness of what he does.
