Plumber Drain Surgeons reviews
4We had a super quick response time and they came and cleared our clog quickly. Really appreciate the help! Pricey but it was on a weekend and they showed up fast, so no complaints.
Did not had the right tools only did what I already worked really slow so it can charge me do yourself a favor do not hire them before they coming they want your credit card so they can charge you no matter what when you call their customer service they say it is what it is pay now
Both myself and my MIL have used this Drain Surgeon in different instances. In both cases, we had clogged drains that they were able to get flowing again. As any blockage is critical, these tend to involve the kitchen which is critical to a functioning household. Their ability to come out same day or early the next day is very much appreciated. I also appreciated their responsiveness and proactive communication. I will call them for any future drainage issues.
I told them my sewer line was so badly clogged with years of buildup that less than half of the drain was clear & that I wanted it cleared. When their man arrived, he didn't have the right tool to do the hydro flush. Further, the company didn't have the tool because their only one was in the shop for repairs.
They offered to auger the line, but trying to clear a 4" drain with a 2" tool didn't seem like it would be very helpful.
Their guy used a hose hooked up to our hot water line to break up a visible clog in the line, but that was it. And of course, they still charged me their $185 "show up" fee.
He packed his gear and left. Later I discovered he had left our basement door standing open.
Such a shame.
