First of all, the staff were GREAT but the hotel is FILTHY! I would never step foot on the ground, we used extra towels to make a pathway. The buffet was disgusting and of poor quality. I also would NOT let my child in that pool and that is one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. I could not wait to leave this place to shower!

Let me start by saying the staff was incredibly mice and helpful. The room itself was ok, it never got cleaned during my stay and the ac kept going out

The first night I was too tired to see anything I went right to sleep, but the next day is actually looked at m sheets and there was dry blood right under where I laid my head, as well as yellow stains and even on the bathroom shelves there was brownish yellow stains

The hotel is clean and the front desk is pleasant. However, service is incredibly slow, and they overbooked and were searching for hotel rooms in other hotels for customers who had a reservation at this hotel. Breakfast was the worst I have ever seen at a Drury Inn. They were out of creamer, put very little food out, and the staff was rude.

Great price. Free parking. Free full breakfast. Free snack/dinner. Walking distance to arch. Only thing in our opinion was that the rooms were a little dated.

Older Hotel but centrally located. Rooms are small but adequate. I’m surprised no review has mentioned the LOUD HVAC systems in the rooms. We checked into room 637 and the AC was set at 64 degrees, no problem I turned it up to 70. Went off to dinner and when we returned it set itself to 64 again? And the fan is LOUD! The high/ low fan settings do nothing. In this room we decided to just turn it off, which it would not do. We were moved to a different room, fan was still LOUD, but at least we could turn it off. My wife gets hot when she sleeps so it’s was not good, we woke up to a 78 degree room. Next day we got moved to another room which we thought was a little quieter for fan noise. Trying to sleep in the room proved us wrong. UGGG. If you are deaf or severely hearing impaired this hotel is fine.

Unfortunately my room had a very intense bad odor, most probably coming from the AC. Even though I tried to change rooms, either the odor was still there or the AC did not work. They even sprayed with ozon but the odor came back. At the end I got tired with all this back and forth because they took always 30 mins to find new rooms cause the system is slow and decided to stay at the same room. The hotel room in general was quite old and the hotel had a very depressing atmosphere. The breakfast had a lot of options but mostly unhealthy, and all the plates and cutleries were one-use! The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful but that's not enough. I don't understand why this is a 3-star hotel and it has such a high review on Google. I wouldn't recommend it for such a price, maybe for 30$ per night yes. At the end they gave me a discount of 1 night for all the hussle.

The staff was very pleasant, especially Gail, she was awesome. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. The hospitality at this hotel is great!

Very nice stay. Staff were awesome! Rooms were small but comfy. No maid service available. We enjoyed the free breakfast and dinner available.

We booked two rooms through Hotels.com, but when we arrived we were told the hotel was already completely out of rooms. This was Hotels.com’s mistake, but Gail at the front desk saved the day! She had no responsibility to fix the third party booking app’s mistake, but she made sure to transfer our reservations to another property nearby and even got us a cab so we didn’t have to pay for another ride.

The of level of service we experienced was top notch. We would have been in a much more disruptive situation without Gail’s help. Thank you so much!

I was a little disappointed in the size of the 2 room suite. The pool was small as well. The location was great and parking was included in the price of the room

Great place to stay when in town to see a ball game with convenient parking on the top level.
Our room A/C was making a loud noise but we slept fine.
All of the staff I met were friendly and helpful.

Great hotel to stay. Close to dome and meeting facilities. Breakfast was better than expected snd 5: 30 kickback was amazing. I'd definitely stay here again.

WOW! This hotel’s decor is a bit outdated, but they more than make up for it in service and amenities. The staff is amazing, free happy hour, snacky dinner, breakfast. Fountain drinks open all day! Our room was right over the pool and we couldn’t hear a thing. All around fantastic stay.

This hotel looked like a promising and upstanding option when we booked some time ago for our family of 4 vacation to St. Lou. However, the cleanliness of this hotel is a major concern. You may ignore the rest of this review of you’d like to chalk it up to being understaffed due to COVID, but I don’t believe this is the case. Our room had multiple stains on the carpet, but then also stains on the mirror and lamp shade I don’t even want to think about where they came from. Even the drapes were stained and broken. These issues were brought to the attention of the front desk, but because housekeeping was ‘gone for the day’ they were never addressed that day or ever. Tables in the dining area weren’t wiped down after food services and common areas weren’t cleaned much either. Sure the free food and drinks sound nice and the desk people were absolutely outstanding, but think carefully about what you may be compromising when staying here.

We booked our room back in March 2022 for a concert. We arrived at 3 for check-in like the website said and we get sorry it's gonna be 30 min. So we hang out in the lobby thinking 30 min will still give us time to get to the concert.still nothing 40 min later. So we go back up.still nothing. So they have us pull our car into the parking garage and still nothing. So by now it's almost 4pm concert starts at 430 pm. So we leave our bag behind the service desk and hoped we still had a room when we got back and we did. We get to our room and the temp in the room is set at 75. I go to adjust and it went up instead of down. 6 hours later it finally made it down to 72 was not happy but we were heading home. The older woman was very nice. The room was clean
