Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis At The Arch

Great hotel right next to the arch in STL. Complimentary hot breakfast, hot dinner, and 3 drink happy hour included! The hotel staff was exceptional, and there’s an indoor pool, maybe the only one in the area.
Parking is off sight, in a garage on the opposite corner, so there is an outdoor walk between car and hotel. Tech in rooms is older (no streaming or casting to TVs), so bring cords for your devices you’d want to plug in.

After calling five times for a question before booking a room, they hung up on me and were extremely rude! If you want to be treated badly by their staff, then by all means stay here!

Came in for a concert Sunday checked in around 6 left right out for the concert got back in around 12 showered and seen that there was hair in the bathtub. Called it in when I checked out no accommodations no sorry nothing $300 for a night was a bit much to have a nasty room. I didn’t take pictures but I should’ve the hair was definitely straight and black I have blonde locs. 1032

This was a great hotel. The hotel was clean and they took care of you. Very close to the Arch. Breakfast and Dinner were great. The workers worked hard.

Top hotel. Was there on a weekend in October with many families. Location couldn't be better compared to Gateway Arch. The area was difficult in terms of restaurants. But you got free snacks between 5: 30-7 pm

1st experience staying at this hotel and if our travels bring us back to St Louis we would choose this hotel again. Bug surprise was a complimentary happy hour and buffet dinner (3 drinks per person). Beautiful hotel with bronze statues/fountain in the lobby. Parking garage under the hotel.

During my stay here I realized that everything here is amazing but if I were to recommend anything it's that they could use better toilet paper

Friendly, hard-working staff who made our stay positive memory. Very clean from the lobby to the rooms to the restaurant. Outstanding pool and hot tub, great views of downtown with easy walking access including the local neighborhood and the St Louis Arch. I'm eager to stay here again!

Our best hotel experience ever. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Samantha at the front desk handled our reservation.

Kim at the bar for late afternoon “happy hour” was fun and knows all about the downtown area.

Most of all Michelle in the dining room area. I had taken out my dentures and wrapped them in a napkin.

While cleaning our table, she accidentally picked up the napkin.
I realized real quick what I had done. Michelle dug through 3 trash cans before finding them.

All three of these exceptional, friendly, dedicated employees went above and beyond and deserve the highest praise!

Traveling with friends always is very fun and we had a great time staying at Drury Plaza in Saint Louis. 100% recommend.

This was our first time staying in a Drury Hotel. The Arch is right behind the hotel. Excellent staff and service, room was spotless. The food was delicious. I hope I get another opportunity to stay in a Drury Hotel again.

I'm not the kind of person who always gives the highest stars/rating when doing reviews because there's ALWAYS room for improvement, and nothing is perfect. HOWEVER, my husband and I cannot brag enough on this hotel. He and I recently had a baecation there and we stayed for three nights. Everyone, absolutely EVERYONE that works there was so friendly. Even when we made our reservations, LaToya was super friendly and very informative. Everyone was genuinely concerned that each guest was happy, satisfied and all needs were met.
We had a slight concern with something when we arrived to our room, and the staff went above and beyond to assure the matter was handled, fixed and to our satisfaction. Even as the days went on, we were always asked if things were good and if we were happy. The GM, Jeff, and manager, Cameron, were so generous and so caring. They always greeted us and were true definitions of what top quality guest/customer service is. The cleanliness of this hotel was impeccable. I consider myself as having a "third eye", and I notice everything. Even the vents were clean! It may sound like an odd thing to notice, but things like that say a lot.
Let's talk about the breakfast food, and the food at the kickback. AMAZING. We thought that at best it would be some of those water based eggs, a few sausage links and a bagel. We thought the food at the kickback would be something like cheese squares, some fruit and maybe some meatballs. NOPE. Everything was fresh, tasteful, plentiful and a great variety of foods to choose from. There was something for everyone. Kids, vegans, meat lovers, etc. The staff serving the food were hard workers and no matter how overwhelming things may have gotten, they remained professional, smiled and made sure everyone was satisfied.
The drinks at the kickback were wonderful too. We thought they would be watered down or cheap. NOPE. They were great. The bartender, I think Ms. Kim was her name, was the sweetest lady and so courteous to us all. There was free soda, water, juice all day and fresh popcorn during the kickback as well.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful and is in the BEST location in downtown St. Louis. We were literally beside the arch and there's a balcony outside of the pool that guests can go to and relax. The view was awesome and was a very calming place to hang out.
The parking garage is VERY safe as well. The only way into it is with a room key. We most certainly will be back to this establishment and pray that all other Drury Inns around the US are equally as great.

Spouse and I are moving across country.
I can NOT express the level of overwhelming relief of finding this place. Price was perfect for every accomodation. Staff was top notch friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Also to add if you're traveling with an pet (s) WORTH the 50$ (fee includes Dog park nextdoor to the Hotel)!
Location! OMG YESSS! Right next to the St Louis Arch! Yeah, i know i sound like a tourist lol.
Highly recommend for anyone passing through on Vaca or visiting!

Wow wow wow! This hotel did not disappoint. Staff was all so friendly and welcoming, everything was clean and well cared for. They offer a delicious breakfast and a happy hour that included a buffet style dinner and 3 free drinks for each night of your stay. This was my first time at a Drury hotel and I will definitely stay again as well as recommend this chain to others. My husband and I had such a great experience at this hotel!
