Drury Plaza Hotel Cape Girardeau Conference Center reviews
17We have been staying at Drury Inns all across the east coast and mid-west and love them. They are also pet friendly for an additional $45/night.
Location is near gas stations and just off the highway, so it's pretty convenient. Check out Zach Garvin's nearby. The rooms were in great condition, very helpful staff, and the breakfast was delicious!
We didn't stay overnight. We used the conference center. The employees did a great job preparing and taking care of us. Our church had a large conference there and it was perfect.
From the moment I walked through the door, everyone was very kind, helpful they made me feel important as if I was family. The front desk staff, Ms. Stephanie, I can't remember everyone name. The kitchen staff is first class all of them. House keeper's were sharp very clean rooms. The hotel as a whole was FIRST CLASS. Thanks the Community Partnership for Allowing me to grace Cape Girardeau with a Blues Show. Thanks Again Mark Moore
Was very clean and very nice place to relax I would recommend if in the area and looking for a AWSOME hotel this is your spot. From the free drinks to the breakfast table you won't be disappointed I promise.
It is not well insulated between the walls and you could hear every sound. I was up past midnight hearing my neighbors laughing and using loud voices. The person working tonight was very kind and helpful and I appreciate that.
One of the nicest Drury Inns that I have stayed at. Hotel looks new and room was clean. Also appreciate the always available coffee.
Great rooms, Wonderful service, With a great indoor pool, The food was 2nd to none. Will be back.
We were at a pageant and there was other people smoking on the floor we were on we got accused of it got threatened to be kicked out. Then the room down from us had bed bugs.
Some people very rude keeps harassing us saying we are smoking when we have not been they have came to the room 10 times opening the door to are room why we are in there they have done that 4 times we tired to tell them to come in are room and look but the manager wouldn't and besides the 3 doors down found bed bugs in there room and we all are here for a pageant I hope we never come back to this hotel just horrible
It was a nice hotel with a great friendly staff. Rooms were good, I didn't feel like the room ever cooled to the setting we had it on but it was comfortable. Breakfast was great w many options.
Although this was a decent hotel, it cost me a small fortune. Even though in Google it’s advertised as $70 a night. Whatever you do, DO NOT book directly through Drury. If you have any changes to your reservation you CANNOT get your money back and it’s an absolute nightmare to change dates. I’ve never heard of a hotel that has you communicate via email. It was an absolute pain, and they charged me another $35 to move up the date 2 days. Also when we left at 6: 30am there was no breakfast to be had. After I spent $150 for one night here. Never again.
Basic hotel nothing special for price. One star though due to the 8th floor outside terrace floor pulling away from the building wall. Poor construction. Won't be surprised to hear of this crashing down eventually.
Consistently Exellent!
The rooms are always comfortable and well cleaned. The lobby is also nice, with seating for breakfast and evening "kickback" foods. The staff from front desk to meal areas are pleasant, personable and hard working. Thanks for another great stay!
This place is a gem! Super friendly and attentive staff, super clean and comfortable room (great bed), easy location, pet-friendly, awesome breakfast and KickBack offerings! The staff during breakfast and happy hour always made sure we were doing well. Highly recommend staying here!
Nice staff and quiet room check in was fast and the desk staff was professional and organized. I loved my room and the hotel was in a convenient location close to delicious restaurants and many fast food places. 2nd time staying and if I needed to go to cape girardeau again I would stay again
The employees were fantastic from the check-in desk to the food area to the bar. As we ate, they checked on our satisfaction multiple times. We arrived with only thirty or so minutes to spare, so the bartender recommended we go ahead and get our three free drinks up front to be sure we didn’t miss out on them.
Our room was clean, comfortable, well decorated, and had towels to spare (this is usually not the case at other hotels).
In fact, we loved this location so much that we made sure to make it our stopping point on the drive home.
In our travels since the pandemic, we’ve had a hard time finding good service, clean rooms, stocked supplies, and free meals. Cape Girardeau’s Drury Plaza Hotel Conference Center checked all of those boxes! From now on, we’re definitely looking at Drury Hotels first when traveling.
