Please remove my name from your customers' list and don't send me discount cards or certificates in the future. It's just a waste of time and a slap into face when after an hour spending to find your desired shoe you hear from the cashier that this brand is excluded from the extra discount! I don't understand and don't want to understand your stingy business model. Just remove my name and don't send me any coupons or discount certificates in the future.
Website says store closes at 9 pm, but it was locked at 8 and store was closed at 8! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!
First time in. If you're female, where your shoes are is easy. Guys have it a little harder. A couple of signs would help a lot.
