This lawfirm will scam you I beg and plead that people read this and understand they will take your money and not even contact you. I spoke with an attorney today and my court date is tomorrow and she says exact words that she does not care.what is this world coming to.

I would have to say that this law firm customer service would have to be a 0 star if this rating were possible. I called to follow up about my legal matter and unfortunately I was greeted with a very rude assistant by the name of KELSEY and she then transferred me to her supervisor which was very rude as well. I only asked for an update on my case as a paying customer should and down the hill we went.

I was referred by legal shield, i would not work with this attorney office under any circumstance if you value your time money and business.

I was served a demand letter by a Patricia Wilcox and I could not get through to anyone even though the letter stated to contact her with my response. After weeks of no contact it took emails to everyone at the firm (besides Patricia as she’s not listed) to only be left a voicemail that the person who originally hired them was not represented by their firm. One of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever experienced.

Absolute JOKE! I used Dubail Judge through Legal Shield and my case was not taken serious. I personally was the one doing all of the follow up on my case. The attorney was unprofessional and did not start researching the case until I prompted them two days before my hearing. I was then told at 2pm the day before my hearing that I would have to take care of the case and they could not do much for me.

Major scam. Stay away from this horrible law firm. They have some sort of absurd policy in which you cannot send external links to files. That would be understandable if they could click on google drive links but how the heck else was I supposed to send video footage and other files that are too large for email? The attorney was rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. Terrible business people who don’t deserve to be in business if this is how they treat people who need help. Nothing was solved other than she made my day much worse now that I have to cancel LegalShield and start over finding an attorney. The kicker? Took days to hear they aren’t going to help me. Here’s a 1 star review to forever remain.

Used them this company is a scam. Worst people in the world I’ll be making a bar complaint and a complaint with consumers affairs under the consumer protection act. Scammers

They are helpful. I use them for everything. The car repair shop did not fix my car right after putting in a transmission. The attorney sent a letter to them. My car runs like a new car. No money out of my pocket. I highly recommend them for your legal needs.
