Kent Harding is the man, top notch lawyer. Hands down the smoothest most proficient lawyer I've ever dealt with, and I've dealt with a lot. I went 5 years on probation violation free and the courts tried to revoke me and send me to prison after they had already let me off probation and I say after they let me off probation, as in I went into the courtroom they discharged my probation and 6 months later popped up a warrant acting like I had violated. Forgot we paid him so didn’t show at court or get the continuance. Has really messed up what we are going through for us. His response “at least it’s not a criminal charge” wouldn’t even let the courts know he messed up and forgot. Did refund the money but when you need a lawyer for a serious event, he may just forget you paid him and not even care.
