Thank you so much for my order! The person who answered the phone on Christmas Eve was SO POLITE and KIND she took my order and I picked it up in the drive through. What WONDERFUL POLITE SERVICE!

It wasn’t bad and service was ok. I don’t like going to a place and watching a staff member eating behind the counter by the food. Their app is out dated and they no longer carry things that are available on the app. This is slightly inconvenient. The other issue is all Dunkin’s are consistently different from one another.

If I could give no stars, I would. I have given this location so many chances and it just keeps getting worse. I got sick from the food last order and my coffee today was basically water with cold foam on top. Absolutely terrible wait times too. It took me 30 minutes from ordering to window just to wait 15 minutes longer to remake my drink to my all black hot coffee. Doors are always locked and everyone is always standing around doing absolutely nothing. I rather give Starbucks the extra few bucks and have an enjoyable experience. Won’t be back.

The older woman who works the drive thru is very rushed and never gets my order right. It's like they just hand out food without checking it.

You’ll wait in the drive thru for over 40 minutes. Asked for specific donuts in a dozen and they just give you the assorted dozen that they choose. Didnt want to hold up the line any longer. Dont say we can choose them, if we cant.

I love their coffee drinks (signature pumpkin spice latte is great!) and donuts. Their avocado toast is also really tasty.

I was down in out when Heaven Scent Bakery closed, but Now I found my new donut stop on my way to work. Opens at 5am which is great when ya have to be at work at 6am. Nice place and Excellent staff!

Took my chiweenie here for his first pup cup. Even though it says online that they have a puppy latte, the employee said they don't have pup cups. I guess it's just this location?

The drink was good and I got a purple Halloween tumbler. However, the employee was a bit curt and my dog was so disappointed not to get a treat Definitely Starbucks next time.

Also, the parking lot is a joke. There are huge potholes everywhere. Not an exaggeration. And the drive through is set up really oddly.

Worst Dunkin I have ever been too. The staff is so slow. How do you wait in a fast food line for more than 30 minutes.

Placed a mobile order this morning, my app said it was placed, made and ready. Got to the store, the door was locked and no employees were coming to the window. This store has gone downhill in the last couple of years, the employees seem to all hate it there, drinks are never correct and they are always out of almost everything. If it’s that miserable there, maybe management should be in there helping them to give them a break.

Absolute nightmare. I don’t understand what company leaves 3 under 18 year olds to run a store at peak lunch time? Send help

This place wasn't very good drive-thru was packed all the way out went inside and couldn't order said they couldn't do take-ins don't know first time I ever experienced this

If you have mobile ordering available on your app then dont lock your doors and refuse to answer the phone! If you are out of items reflect that on the app! I did a mobile order cause I was in a rush I get there, doors are locked and no one can even answer the phone so I could get a refund. So i sit in the drive thru for 45 minutes even though there weren’t even that many cars ahead of me.

This is one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. Half the time the door is locked (during open hours) but you’re still able to place a mobile order for walk in pick up. 90% of the time, my drink isn’t made right…I’m talking complete wrong flavors. The wait times are ridiculous. They only had 1 person working on multiple occasions and even when there’s more than 1 person, they all seem to be moving at the slowest possible speed. One time I placed a mobile order and when I got there the store was completely closed. I know it’s possible to turn off mobile ordering because other locations do it. I’ve given this location so many chances but I will not be returning because there has been no improvements and no one seems to care when I voice my concerns to customer service.

Not impressed. Order took quite a while considering how many people were working. The ceiling was missing. A cooler near the register was leaking fluid into the dining room. Cashier didn’t want to be there.

Waited almost an hour in drive through before canceling the order and asking for a refund. After 15 minutes they told me to get my refund back from the app used to place the order and wouldn't help me in the store to get my money back.

The donuts are trash, the meals are better, drinks are ok.

It's fast food so.

Place was slammed but the workers still smiled and took a moment with each person. GREAT FOOD (perfection as you see) will be back

Stopped in for a quick coffee and croissant sandwich. Turned into the longest DD stop. Plenty of staff to take orders, but one kid making the food and he was so slow! I only had 2 people in front of me in the line and it took a half hour to place order and get it!

Time after time, the longest fast food line I've ever waited in. Not budging for 5 minutes at a time.
