What kind of doughnut shop runs out of doughnuts? They should change their name to Dunkin Coffee instead.

Not much variety when we went to get donuts for the weekend stuff was friendly and nice and even gave me hash browns on the house for the inconvenience of not having much selection for donuts donuts were hot and fresh

They are out of the donuts I want by about 1pm but I love Dunkin they are reasonably priced and fast and they have donuts! Yum!

I went to Dunkin recently and went through the drive thru because I was sick and didn't want to go inside and make anyone sick. I drove up and started to place an order for a dozen donuts. I was told that I was not allowed to choose what I wanted! I was only allowed to have all of one kind or 6& 6 of two different kinds. I said are you serious they said yes no exceptions! So I pulled around and went in to order! I was mad that I had to go in sick just because they didn't want to be accomodating to their customers! I ask to speak to a manager and ask why they would rather me come in while I was sick and infect everyone because they have a policy! The manager was very uncaring and said that's just their policy. She said they are timed by the owner on the drive through and if they didn't get them through in so many minutes then they were yelled at by the owner! I've been in customer service and Dunkin needs a lesson in how to take care of customers. We are not numbers! We are human beings all with different needs. When you start treating your customers like numbers instead of actual people that's you first start to failure!

Despite having a $25 virtual gift card in my smart phone, no one, including management, knew how to ring up my purchase, so I had to leave, sans donuts. Staff & management were apologetic & sent me home with a free iced coffee for the inconvenience. I went to the website & ordered a physical card, which takes 8-10 business days to receive, & then transferred my balance onto that card. The cost of the card was $1.50, so not too bad, other than the wait time. I'm now ready to resume my quest for a cruller!

The name of this place is Dunkin DONUTS, yet whenever I go they are just about out of donuts. I end having to go somewhere else that actually has donuts. Seems like the only time they have a selection is when they first open up.

First time here, cost almost 8 dollars for a coffee and a sandwich. Sandwich, that cost 4 dollars should have more than just bread. Very disappointed!

I ordered an iced coffee through the drive thru and when I got to the window the employee didn't say a single word to me, just shoved my drink in my hand so forcefully it cracked and began leaking everywhere. I asked for some napkins as I had coffee now pouring into my lap and was told, "we don't have napkins. " Which is really weird because there were plenty of napkins when I went inside to have my drink replaced before I ended up wearing all of it. Honestly the worst service I've ever received, won't be back again sadly. I love Dunkin but this isn't the first time I've had issues with this location.

Extremely fast service. In my town I am usually waiting forever. It was refreshing not to have to wait. The strawberry refresher was great. Had just the right amount of strawberries and coconut milk. Loved it.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I thought the first time it must have been a fluke but then it happened a second time and now third. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the male manager on duty to the teenage girl at the drive thru. Very small selection on donuts compared to the Dunkin's on the east coast! Coffee was still very good but not enough selection at this particular shop.

I love my new tumbler as well, it has a lid that screws on and a finger loop to hold while carrying, and it comes with a straw!

Don't park by the drive thru line or your stuck waiting there. Friendly staff and efficient service!

There is a certain amount of quality one expects when ordering from a fast food chain such as Dunkin’ Donuts. Just as you wouldn’t pay an artist $10 and expect to get back a piece of art worth $10,000; one must also come to terms with the quality and consistency of their fast food beverages. So- although each time I may order the same iced coffee with French vanilla and oatmilk- I am not disappointed when I am rewarded with a completely different drink each day. In fact, I have started to look forward to (and dare I say, even enjoy) the surprise of the whole affair.

All that being said, I would like to extend my greatest thanks to whomever crafted my beverage this morning. It was truly the greatest pleasure to indulge in. The syrup and oatmilk were both so beautifully incorporated, leaving no syrup pooling at the bottom or milk sitting at the top. Each sip was consistent; it was real and raw and like everything I imagined it could be. It was pure bliss, it was pure happiness.

And to the (no doubt hard working) employee who was able to give me that happiness: I extend my warm hand out to greet you. And I recommend to your superiors that you are hastily allowed an increase in wages. My only request is that you do not allow them to promote you to a corporate office, because while you deserve such a position.well. I’m afraid Dunkin Donuts would lose the best god damned coffee maker they had ever seen.

Waited for my food because the manager forgot I was sitting at the window, and then forgot my muffin even though he looked in the bag and read my order back to me. Everyone has bad days. Maybe this was one of them‍️

Large up charge for alternative milk in a regular cup of coffee. $2 for coffee and $1.00 for small amount of almond milk.
