This Dunkin has gone downhill. It used to be good but the past 4 times I have come the coffee it terrible, it is slow and the people taking my order and giving me my food were rude. Based off of past reviews from people that work here I don’t think I will come back. Had to pour out my coffee it was undrinkable.

Back to square one. Missing or out of stock items on the menu. Customer service at the counter for pick up orders has declined again!
Missed a delivery order at the fault of this merchant.

When in the middle of a conversation, it's completely unprofessional to walk away talking especially when it's very busy here.

At this point, I just do not recommend anymore

The service was awful we got two blended pumpkin spice drinks that had no whipped cream and we got a Carmel hot coffee that wasn’t even hot is was lukewarm. When the employee was giving the hot coffee she spilled like half of it on the cup just giving it to us without even wiping the cup for us and we went through the drive thru again to ask for a new hot coffee the same employee gave the coffee still lukewarm. This business will surely not last for long.

As I pulled up to the pay window arriving at the Southside Dunkin, I was greeted by a very large person's belly button on the other side. (The cashier was not dressed in a way that was food safe or appropriate to serve customers.) I waited and watched at the window for a minute while the cashier jib-jabbed with her coworker, her dirty belly button staring at me the whole time, until finally, she opened the window and allowed me to pay for the drink sitting at her side.

After pulling away, presuming to be victorious, I tasted the drink and it was horrid! It was an iced mocha latte without the latte! All ice, coffee, and syrup, without the creamer to cut.

I went inside after tasting it, hoping for a good outcome, but The Belly Button Cashier acted put out when I said my drink was incorrect. She didn't ask the problem, just huffed, took it, and added more coffee before handing it back. (Not the problem.) I told her my drink was missing cream, and she looked at me flabbergasted. What was she to do? !?

She did the right thing and asked for help! She asked the manager over their intercom walkie headsets how to correct it! Her manager, who was sitting with (I assume) their family in the dining area 20 feet away, responded over the walkie while pointing in a general direction. (She couldn't be bothered with walking to her employee.) I then watch the half dressed cashier (clothes only half fit) pour out almost all the ice and some coffee, messily add creamer, and then hand the drink back like it was the product I requested and for which I had already paid. She handed me a dripping from the bottom cup of lukewarm milk and coffee with a straw.

I was frustrated. I told the manager that her employee doesn't know what she's doing. I threw away my drink in front of her, did NOT ask for a refund, and left. I visit both locations regularly and this will cause me to consider other options.

3 times in a row I got the wrong food, really long waits. You’ll get what’s on the menu but in the sloppiest and worst way possible. Regional Mgmt (josh) doesn’t care. Never get your money back. They won’t be there much longer if they keep up with this

As a former employee I would not recommend supporting this location. Do not buy from them unless you like the idea of a bunch of bug legs skittering all over your food and coffee. They have an entire ecosystem:) cockroaches, flies, silverfish, and roly polys. Roaches literally live in the espresso machine and under the ice cream bin, I don't know how they are still open. Don't even get me started on how disrespectful and misogynistic the managers are. They will nit pick anything and everything, they constantly micromanage and talk down to anyone who is not male. Ironic considering they can barely do their own job correctly. It's always great when a 30 year old man gives me the silent treatment like a 5 year old and only has something to say when he's either criticizing me or talking over me. This place needs to be shut down, its no wonder why half of the staff before me quit and everyone who is still there hates it.

I ordered a frozen coffee, hash browns, and a side of bacon. The bacon was cold and seemed like it had barely been cooked. They hashbrowns didn't fill up the container and were all into little pieces and kind of smashed together.

Best place in CoMo for a delivered breakfast. The sausage/egg croissant is terrific and the Boston Creme doughnut and the apple fritter are addictive. Coffee is superb.

Made thin milkshake and didn't blend in almost 1/2 ice cream that they put into blender just added more milk. NOT worth the $8+ for the large. B&R normally does better job.

Lobby closed (not a big deal), went through drive thru had to repeat our order several times, when getting our order our 2 hot coffees were iced cold, had to remind 3 times we still needed a frozen coffee, asked for extra straws did not receive.

Ended up quitting on my first day, because the employees and manager were very disrespectful to not only me, but customers as well. I was yelled at multiple times for standing around, because they refused to train me. When I had trouble taking orders on the front counter I was laughed at by other employees and yelled at by the manager. Both the managers and two of the employees were very unwelcoming towards me and other employees. Instead of helping one of them on their first day, they laughed at him and called him names through the headset. Anytime I had questions I was ignored and a few of the times I was told to go away. Manager gave special treatment to her daughter who worked the front counter, gave her permission to leave early, but no other employee got too. The best part about working there was Allison, she was great to work with and she works hard.

Staff were very friendly. We arrived about 3 pm & they were almost out of Doughnuts despite being open for several more hours.

So my boss sent me to get breakfast for our whole team this morning because we went through something traumatic yesturday.
So instead of going through the drive thru I go inside to order food this is what I ordered a coffee, and 3 vanilla lattes, 3 egg cheese bacon and 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants 5 hashbrowns and a dozen of just glaze donuts not to mention after I ordered the drinks and the first set of croissants the girl at the counter says to me if you are going to order this much food you should us the mobile app next time I told her that we went through a lot yesturday and we were not thinking of that she said it quite rudely too. It didn't even take her that long to make everything so I don't know why she have to say it like she did. And we even spent like $70. Bucks

Overall it wasn't bad. They were severely understaffed however, which is the norm these days unfortunately, so little bit of a wait. But! The Ice cream is yummy

Fast-ish service due to the fact we were rushed while ordering.got to the window and began to see if we could add on a sandwich and the person at the window cut us off in the middle of our sentence to say no and that “we have a long line, we’re busy”. I can understand being short staffed and overwhelmed.i’ve been there and done that before, but i’ve never made the customer feel guilty about ordering something.within that 5 minute interaction i was appalled someone could make me not want to come back within that short amount of time.if you want good service, and good product go somewhere else.i’d rather just go down the street to starbucks.

Decent place but cranky employees with limited selection of donuts that were not even good. Dry and tasteless. We will definitely seek out another place for donuts.

Not sure which is worse - your donuts, your coffee or your employees. Either way, they are all garbage. Not sure how either of the Columbia MO locations remain open.
