Coffee Shop Dunkin' reviews
16I visit the list location daily before work and the service is always amazing. Friendly staff and they know their regulars. Kevin and the other gentlemen (forgot his name), are always in good moods and provide excellent service. A big turn around from where it was a year ago with the old staff.
Picked up a large order with a number of modifications. Got it all out no problem. Very respectful as well.
A big flashing open sign on the building this morning but they're definitely was not anyone there. It's not a great way to start my morning.
The iced tea taste like they used a coffee filter to brew it. Very slow service and my hot sandwich and hashbrowns were ice cold.
So Dunkin’ thinks the milk ratio on a macchiato is 1/2 milk 1/2 coffee. In my experience it’s been 1 cup milk and two cups coffee. I asked for less creamer and more coffee. They brought my
Dktuuink out still half and half but then didn’t even fill it too the top. Over an inch left. I had them remake it and it came out better but still too much creamer. On top of this the wrap I got was cold in the middle. I will be using Starbucks after the rude little girl at the window trued correcting me very rudely.
Don’t stop if you don’t have 20 minutes or more to dedicate to this place. I placed a mobile order and came to pick up 10-15 min later. I was the second car in line at the window for 15 minutes only to see them hand the car infront of me a medium coffee and a small bag. All you could see in the window is the workers talking. So annoying. On top of that the coffee is very inconsistent and the food is blah.
This place is never open about 10 minutes before they close. 1 star is for the customer service for when they are open.
Went there for the first time at this location, was treated bad. One man was assisting me at the drive through, inside was totally empty and it looks like I woke him up or I bothered him the way he talked to me. He Was rushing me on what I wanted to order like he was crazy busy and couldn’t waint and while i was talking and ordering the Boston Creme and deciding how many to get he Apparently had told me that they’re out but i did not hear it and next thing I hear while i was ordering was “Hey sir this is the third time im telling you we don’t have that, do you need something else? ” Once I heard that I left right away, bcs these kind of mfs are the ones who we got to get rid of, they can screw up your donuts, do anything they want before they give it to you and there you go, you got some disgusting donuts because one of the rude workers didn’t know how to talk to people and was bothered while sleeping and had to wake up and assist the customers. Please keep these in mind you people that hire workers, we need good people and customer service so we can come back and you be happy and we be happy also. Thanks
2 creme filled donuts, 2 chocolate filled donuts, 2 glazed donuts is what I ordered. Well I got 2 jam? Filled, 2 chocolate donuts, and 2 glazed. Wow. Also ordered Frappuccino off the menu and was told they didn't have them. Whatever, I'll get a macchiato. I'm sure i could have made this at home, very little flavor. I live less than a mile away from this location and am reminded why I visit it so rarely. Won't be back. Go out of your way to go to another location.or a real StL donut shop!
It's been years since I've had a chocolate-filled powdered Donut from Dunkin' Donuts. I went to the location on Telegraph only to find out they no longer make this particular donut at that location. The place looked like it was on life-support. Selection of donuts was very limited. And the price was $13 for 9 donuts. I had to park and walk to the door. This is definitely more of a drive through location. I can say that the place was at least clean and the staff was friendly.
I always arrived at closed time. Sometimes I've been good well attended, the mayor. But there's 1 or 2 times that i feel like rush and bad attention.
We went through the drive thru and got two coffee which tasted delicious! Great service with a big smile and greeting from the man working. Great place for morning coffee!
I previously made a comment regarding the dining room being closed. It appears they finally reopened the dining room so patrons like me are no longer being snubbed for not having a car to take in the drive through. The coffee and donuts here are very good and a good value. The breakfast food like sandwiches are overpriced and usually burned to a crisp so I wouldn't buy those from here. Overall just happy to see I can walk in now.
Stopped in on a Saturday 5/6/23 around 3-4pm because there were only a few cars in the drive thru. It seemed to be taking a very long time, but eventually realized that there was only 1 gal working! She was taking it 1 car at a time and she was killing it. This girl deserves a raise and a manager position for that type of dedication.
Got kicked out of my Uber this morning and was late for work and missed breakfast. Went in here and almost started crying when I realized I lost my card. Cashier gave me a free donut. Great guy. Made my morning.
