Dunkin', Raytown MO

I order the same thing every time I go. Half the time the order is wrong. I have gotten attitude from the GM when I had them completely remake my drink when they handed me the wrong one (I didn't care it was a simple fix per them). I ask for my bagel to be slice but not toasted, it is repeated back to me that way, and I get handed a toasted bagel half the time.

Every item was wrong on my order they also hung up on me when I tried to tell him then they wouldn't answer the phone obviously they had a caller ID so I use somebody else's phone and they picked up but they refused to help me

I go here everyday and all of the employees are so thoughtful. I recommend Aiyanna to make your drinks, she's the best! Sumon is the manager and he's exceptional too! Thank you guys for being so kind to me.

The crew is nice. Maybe it's the time I arrive, but the food isn't as high-end quick food as you'd get at Starbucks. It's typically cheaper due to mobile discounts, so it'll do well.

The last couple of times I’ve ordered a regular hot coffee. I don’t know if DD has changed coffee bean vendors, but it has the same quality as hotel coffee. Honestly, I’d prefer the hotel coffee over this. It’s almost like they took coffee from last night and warmed it up. I cannot stress how awful this was.

I have been to this place several times and I liked it. Employees are polite. Donuts are good.

The worst experience I have ever had with an employer. Manager shaves hours, which is a federal crime, and everything he says is a lie.

The owner is amazing. Super nice, delivers to churches over a half hour away. The donuts are fresh and yummy.

I loved the strawberry dragon fruit refresher with the green tea UNTIL I tried the raspberry!

As far as coffee shops go, DD has it down. But, the staff is young and immature. Too much playing around, not enough attention to cleanliness of store. Order is almost always correct.

Horrible Service and management. Be careful and I suggest not going to this Dunkin. You think you getting a decaf when it is regular coffee in other words a lot of what you order is not correct. Coffee grounds are always at the bottom! The manager Sumon has a very bad attitude and should not be managing ANY Store!

I came in the store to put my order. One person attending the store. I waited for a while til she was doing the driveway customers. Finally recognize I was there. I ask for an item and walk away to the driveway customers. Came back with no item for me. I asked for coffee and a cake. Told me she was very busy with other customers. I wondered what was I? Poor lady and terrible service.

Friendly staff, quick service. A little pricey for a cup of coffee, but glad I treated myself. I did get a specialty coffee tho.

Went here on 4/20/23. Both the doughnut holes and glaze doughnuts were extremely dry like they were several days old.

We went there to get coconut donuts and we really like those coconut donuts very good customer service

Whoever the older white woman working on 4/27/23 at 5pm is the best employee this location has ever had. She made me the best coffee for being a new hire. I hope she gets the hang of things and management treats her well. She deserves the world!:)

Why are they afraid to actually put coffee in a mocha at this location. I basically just got a chocolate milk. The syrup is good to a point, but the coffee is kinda the whole point.
