I went here to buy a cheap Heritage Rough Rider Revolver. The salesman showed me the one in the display and it had a Cocobolo grip which I didn't like. I told the salesman that I wanted to use it for a western display with a U. S. Marshall badge on a shelf. The salesman was super nice and said "let me take a look in the back and see if I can get you a better looking one". He came out with one that I really liked. He didn't have to do this but he did and I was really grateful. Great salesman and pleasant staff.

Great selection and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Ordered my sons Ruger Bolt in Left-hand and a scope. Scope installed and bore-sighted. Excellent service before and after the sale! I will be ordering another Ruger in Right-hand for my other son, only from Dunns!

Never take anything there to have it worked on took a 10-point crossbow there to have the safety fixed that didn't work they said they sent it into 10-point to have the safety fixed and also approve them to put new strings on it which cost at me over $100 on something that didn't even need to be done then they told me that 10-point said the string wasn't up to their specs so they put a new one on it contacted 10 point and 10-point said they gave them to go ahead to put a string on it and cables will never go there again

Sam, in the archery department, has been very helpful and patient. I have been having problems with a bow that was gifted to me and Sam has helped me set it up a third, fourth, and fifth time. After making an adjustment to draw weight and replacing the rear peep-sight; helping me pick a new release; he helped me pick out a stabilizer; and made a slight adjustment to my rest, now I am driving nails at 20 yards. Everyone at this store has been super helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. I would recommend this small local business for all of your outdoor needs.

I've purchased a few things from dunns and always been a smooth enjoyable process. I recently purchased a large safe from them and used their inhouse refered "safe movers" guy named mark. I attempted to make small talk to no avail so I assume just not a talker kinda guy.
I left them alone to do their job. 15 min process from start to finish. Nice and fast but then was charged 30 percent more than quoted. It took me 15 minutes to pickup all the grass clumps dropped on my floor, and the icing on the cake I walk out in front of my house and the cardboard the safe was wrapped in was thrown on my yard. No problem I guess I'll get rid of it. I advise that if you purchase a safe from them or have a safe moved from anywhere avoid Mark and "safe movers"

Maybe put some kind of limit, even 4-5 boxes, so someone doesn’t drive an hour to pick up ammo, which you say you have “plenty” of, for someone to have bought every box. What a complete waste of time.
