What a great place to take your pets. Dr. Briggs is one of the most caring and smartest vet we have met. This makes her a perfect vet for us. The staff is wonderful, they are always very helpful and so courteous. If Dr Briggs is booked or out they are always quick to offer and get us into see another vet that day, thats important when your fur baby is not feeling well.

Our 11 year old Akita got sick over the weekend. After seeing an emergency vet, we took him to Eagle and he ended up having to have his spleen and two masses removed this past Monday. The vet, surgeon and the entire staff were wonderful. Our dog is recovering well thanks to their excellent care. The cost was less than expected and made a stressful situation easier to handle. Highly recommend this facility if you have medical issues with your pets.

I have been going to Riverside Eagle Animal Hospital for years for all my pets. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. I primarily see Dr. Reynolds and she is fantastic! She listens to the any issues going on and always follows up on any additional questions I might have. Great place to take your fur babies for their care.

Update: after 7 long years, we decided to go elsewhere. Everytime we call or go in the staff has been very cold and very rude. At one point, a staff member tried crying wolf after going off on us. Haven’t been back sense. Called today and staff was extremely rude again. I’m not sure how they get by with this at this point. Just a beware message for others. Not saying everyone has the same experience as me but this has been mine.

Great location to take your pets! Their daycare program is absolutely amazing. The staff if terrific, and the veterinarians are super informative, experienced, and all around great!

I just wanted to take a minute and thank the wonderful and patient staff at Eagle Animal. They took us in as a walk in on Friday and got George stabilized and moved to Mission Med Vet.he is back home and recovering now. They are always kind, and compassionate and take the time to explain to us what is going on with or little ones. Thank you all!

Super clean and way cheaper than Blue Pearl! My only issue is they charge me full price for nail cutting on my 3-legged pitty. Shouldn't we get a 25% discount haha.

I would highly recommend this establishment for your veterinary needs. I lost my beloved dog Siku during surgery, but they did all they could and were extremely professional and compassionate throughout everything. The surgeon called me multiple times during the surgery and truly cared about my dog and my wishes. It was a terribly sad time in my life, but they were there for me in every way. I am very thankful for the care that they provided.

My family and I have taken our pets to Eagles for over 60 years. My animals have lived long healthy lives I think in large part due to the excellent care they have received over the years at Eagles. I have moved to Phoenix and have not been happy with the services I have found here in the Valley and having my dog with me, set up an appointment for a checkup and to have some questions answered that I had. I was extremely pleased with the service I received to the point that Eagles will remain my pet's health care provider as I bring her in twice a year. I supposed that makes us their most distant client but I have always been impressed by the care and level of interest they show to their patients. I can not think of a place that I feel more comfortable about the care of my pets!

I have had eight cats treated at this facility over the past 8 or 10 years. They have always treated me with respect and my pets with skill and kindness. It has been my unhappy errand to have four of my babies helped to cross the rainbow bridge at Eagle. Without exception these sad passings were handled with sensitivity and competence by veterinarians and other staff.
It has been a great comfort to me that my pets were handled by people who so obviously care about their patients. I therefore can offer a wholehearted endorsement of this business.

Dr. Reynolds & The Office staff are outstanding. We don't live in the area, but they were recommended to us, and we are so thankful for that. They have been so kind to our sweet fur baby! Highly recommend them. Wonderful Place!

We unfortunately had to have our 18 year old kitty put to rest. He was like family. He was family. The staff here were very understanding of our grief and were very compassionate. They let us hold him and love on him as the process was completed. That memory will last a lifetime.

I started using Eagle a couple of years ago. My fur baby, Onyx, had an autoimmune disease which kept attacking his mouth and gums. Over the course of two years he lost 12 teeth. It retuned recently and I just couldn’t keep putting him and me through this. Dr. McKenna Wingerd was the one we dealt with. She and the staff were so kind and as we released him from the pain and suffering treated him like their baby child rather than just another cat. I miss him so much but I know I did the right thing. Thank you Eagle Animal Hospital for your compassionate care at a very difficult time.

My dog Shadow ate an entire 1 pound bag of raisins. He was seen quickly when I brought him in. Doctor explained what needed to be done and kept me up to date. After 2 days in the hospital, bloodwork came back clear. Upon his return it was as though his “reset button” was pushed. He is more energetic and active. A wonderful challenge to keep up with him!

So after my dog’s surgery last month this bubble appeared. Was told don’t worry about it it’ll drain on its own. It started changing colors and you could tell it was really bothering her. Once again they refused to drain it. So this morning my son took her to a different vet and they said that she’s had a slow bleed and that was what was filling up the sack. The outside had also necrotized which is killing soft tissue and lead to major infection. And just in front of the sack they found dome smaller mammary tumors. Oh and while they were removing it a small piece of her intestine was inside the bag and could’ve caused even mitre problems. The mass and the small tumors were removed and they’re keeping her overnight. What a nightmare this has all been. I cancelled her surgery appointment for Thursday to give her some healing time from this. So glad we went for a second opinion. I will never use Eagle Animal hospital again. Anything in the future will be elsewhere.

Love this place. My ex worked there for awhile long ago before she past away and I’ve been going ever sense. Office visit is just very steep though but highly recommend

Really great place to take your dog, answered all our questions and are very friendly and you can tell they love their jobs.

We were a walk-in and we were taken care of very quickly. We were there for shots & nail trim. Our vet was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. And because we had a senior 3 legged chihuahua we were very kindly comped the nail trim! Very impressed & look forward to future care with them. 5 STARS!
