Been living here a very long time this area isn't the best but I have made the best out of it management works hard to try and help and figure it out. Thank you Eagle Estates ️

Not move in ready can't get ahold of anyone windows broken no new locks on doors pipes not in one piece no fridge that works horrible place to rent to own do not move in here

I have lived here for 3 years with my 5 children and at first it wasn't that bad but since CMH Capital LLC took over it has gone to hell.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS! My mother and my aunt reside on this property, both being elderly and on a fixed income. Since CMH capital llc took over the property, they have had to sign a questionable lease agreement, their rent has went up to an unreasonable amount considering the condition of the property and the fact that no work orders are ever addressed. They have been without heat since October and they have been without running water for over a month now. The corporate office has been contacted at least 15 times regarding both issues and nothing gets fixed or even addressed. My mother contacted someone to come fix the burned up well pump and it's going to cost 2,000.00 to get fixed. Did I mention that a portion of her rent will be going towards water and they are on a separate system fr om the rest of the property? Also, a portion of the rent goes for pad rent and they live in a HOUSE not a trailer.

New owners took over in August, 2022. Jacking costs up at unreasonable levels. 54% increase in costs over what my family and I had been paying. "Lease" they provided is legally questionable. Didn't even provide it to me within 30 days for consideration if I would agree to it. DO NOT move here, unless you believe $400 for just PAD RENT and $60-$100 in additional hidden costs is acceptable terms.

This place is run down and it maintenance runs this place and they make you pay for your own water, trash and swear. Not to mention the rent and electric

Moved all of my things out of my home a fully furnished home with no notice of an eviction at all still in process of getting justice

Awful place to live. Got children running around in the streets, got stray cats everywhere and no one is doing pest control. Worst neighborhood ever

Nice community but all the be houses have roaches. And u can't have barely anything In your yard which is a real bummer.

Apparently they will do paperwork to get homeless people grants to have a place to live in this place. It's close to dollar general which is cool too.
