If I could have posted this with NO stars I would have. Got pictures to prove they make problems with certain vehicles worse than they really are just to bleed you of more money to repair even the smallest of things lime patching a tire.

The staff at eagle valley automotive are absolute rock stars, my vehicle broke down late last night, and first thing this morning I called them, and explained my situation, and exactly what happened, and what I know so far, and the gentleman made sure to take down all the notes, and I know this because when I arrived after the tow truck driver, the gentleman behind the counter read all the important information in their notes back to me from our first phone call! The fact I was able to have my vehicle towed there on such short notice, is a testament in itself. Outstanding service! I was recommended to Eagle valley automotive from the very polite women, whose driveway I happened to break down in.

Had some work done on My 2003 Jeep Liberty timing chain replacement had a coupe of other things replaced since they were in there they only charged me for parts no labor. Piece of mind knowing they warranty all the parts and labor for this job is a plus only complaint was the cost of labor but that’s about the going rate for anyone working on these cars nowadays. Must be Bidenomics working for us. It’s not like it’s a 70 nova.oh well it is what it is and I didn’t have to do it. They work on all of my cars and have since they opened. I’ve never had a problem.

Great place and atmosphere. They got me right in and out. Best shop in town. The upfront service wrighter was amazing. Will be back for all my work.

Both the guys down there are top notch. Straight shooters who know what they’re doing, tell you straight and live up to their commitments.

There has been 2 occasions that I have taken my car in and they have referred me to a cheaper resolution. They are always friendly and most helpful. I had an issue with a rattle regarding the exhaust. They explained they could replace the exhaust or I could take it to a local business to have part soldered and it would be much cheaper. Today I needed brakes checked. It was squeaking when I reversed. They explained that it was some hardware and I could go another year with the pads on my brakes. They suggested that I wait. I have moved to Blue Spring and still go to Grain Valley for my car repairs. Thank you Eagle Valley.

I only needed an oil change this time but, as always, everything went great.from the ease of setting up the appointment to dropping my vehicle off in the morning. Their professional attitude is what makes the difference.cheerful and knowledgeable. Great work!

Did a good job on my truck diagnostic and fixing everything, just wish they would have offered to change my oil but no biggie lol
