This place didn't pass the vibe check from the start, but we needed a place for a couple of months so we had to make due. There were many things I didn't like, but I'll only touch on the big things.

First thing, Ownership. They're in over their head. On our walk through I asked if it was ok if my oldest kid brought his lunch. She made it seem like it was no big deal. After about a week of my kid bringing his full lunchbox home everyday we inquired. Apparently now we needed a doctors note! We produced a doctors note that day! The next day, still no lunch! My son from then on would only be given part of his lunch. During this process the owner had the nerve to think it was her place to tell us that she thinks our kid needs to see a therapist! Everything you need to know about the owners lack of professionalism is comfired in her response to the 1 star review below mine.

Second, overall friendliness and feeling welcome. Majority of the time when I would pick my kids up I could walk into the room get them and their things and nobody would say a word to me. Not a hello, goodbye or even eye contact! Like I said, the vibe check was off from the start!

Third, the facility was just sub par. The rooms felt small for the amount of kids in them. The floors were often slick and/or dirty. Drinks seemed to be passed out at a premium. In the morning the infant room was often over crowded, way over the state recommended student to teach ratio.

Overall I wouldn't recommend this daycare to anyone. I couldn't get my kids out of there fast enough! Literally everyday after I picked my kids up I'd say to myself, "I hate this place".

My son has attended this facility since they were open! We love all the teachers and my son loves them all as well. It makes me feel very good to know that I have to use a finger print to check my son in and out. If someone else is picking up my son they have to have a number to open the door. I have never worried about my sons safety or well being when he is there. All of my sons teachers are very good at communicating information on a day to day basis. My son comes home all the time very excited to share something new that he has learned that day. I can always tell by the crafts that my son brings home that the staff puts in a lot of effort and time into each and every one of them. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility and I will continue to refer all my friends and family when they need a safe and loving place to send their littles!

My best friends child attends this facility. I have watched over the last year and a half him grow and learn so much. He shares with me everytime I am around something new and exciting he has learned. If I have to pick him up to help out they always do a great job of verifying I am the correct person picking him up. All of the staff is beyond friendly and seems to go above and beyond for all the kids there! I will be sending my kids here one day!

Every parent loves their kid and wants the best for them. Any time I have raised a concern with the owner of this establishment she has responded quickly and with action. My son has been going here for about a year and we are overall very pleased. No place will be perfect because that doesn't exist. I feel my son is loved and taken care of and that is all I can ask for. I can tell he is advancing academically and socially. They have great communication. We all know crazy people and crazy parents, I can tell a couple had kids in this daycare from their reviews below. My son has been in 2 different daycares before this one, I can tell ya they aren’t all wonderful. This is a great daycare and I would recommend it to anyone who asked me.

My nephew goes here! And his mom and he loves it so much! I have picked him up a few times and have felt so good with the environment that he is in! Everytime I have picked him up he has always been so happy! The teachers and staff are amazing! Even though I have no kids that go here I know that my nephews is safe and has a good daycare to go to everyday! I would definitely take your kiddos here!

Where to begin. First let’s start with the fact that my kids came home every single day extremely thirsty because they were only allowed to drink from the water fountain which is in the hallway, which they had to ask permission to do - no water in the classrooms except at lunch and snack time. I asked about them bringing their own water bottles but the director fed me some line about that being confusing to other kids or something like that. I even witnessed teachers on more than one occasion yelling at kids to “hurry up” at the water fountain.

Next is just the facility in general - my 2 year old was put in a classroom that I believe was supposed to be a small office or closet of some sort with no windows. The classrooms are often mixed together (all ages 2-5) and chaotic - there are always several children crying when I drop/pick up with teachers yelling at them. The kids are also not taught manners, how to share etc. - they are left to fend for themselves which can be an issue when you have a 2 year old trying to stand up to a 4 or 5 year old. The playground has overgrown weeds and grass and I’m not sure how it passed any sort of safety inspection.

Next let’s talk about the director who I had been in contact with on a few occasions to express concerns. She always came back at me very defensively and patronizing and even took a shot at my parenting skills in one of her emails. I also saw an instance of favoritism on my kids’ last day there - every pre k graduate got a gift bag with their photo framed except for my child.

This school is a disaster and I would not recommend it to any parent. If your kids go here you should think twice about where you are sending them - there are so many other schools that would be better for your child (ren) at such a critical age where they are absorbing everything and everyone around them.

This institution cares about their children to the highest degree and work tirelessly to ensure not only that their students are happy, learning, and cared for, but that the staff is happy and moving forward in their teaching ability as well. I genuinely love all the staff at Eagles academy they are such a dedicated loving team full of wonderful people. I cannot wait to work with them again!

We have been at the daycare since mid January. Everything has been fantastic. I have 1 child with a diagnosis of Autism and global delay, and 1 with a sever speech delay. Both require special attention and it is provided daily here at Eagles
Academy. There is always open communication between us and the workers.
I 100% recommend this daycare to anyone looking for top quality childcare at a very affordable price.
