Very great experience! Took my 3 year old to this office, and all of the staff were so friendly, and patient with him, and when we left, he said, he had so much fun! Highly recommend!

Most pleasurable experience ever. Not left waiting, greeted immediately and hygienist very good. Appeared very sure / confident of herself to be recent graduate which made me feel very comfortable.

I usually don’t have good experiences with dentists and my teeth are not in very good health. Let’s be real, dental work isn’t cheap (with insurance) but the staff was extremely helpful in finding solutions to get my teeth fixed asap. Dr. Kole recently did work on my 2 kids and myself. He is great with children, I was impressed. I was more nervous than them when I got a crown done but he handled it with kindness and patience. My tooth feels and looks amazing! I highly recommend this office. The whole staff is wonderful!

This was my second visit and I had accidently missed my sons appointment the week prior so while I was checking in I asked if I could reschedule his appointment they went above and beyond and squeezed him in when they didn't have to and they were soo sweet and amazing to my son Chelsaethe office manager cleaned my sons teeth during my visit would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Huge shout out to Chelsea! She always goes above and beyond for me! I've been coming here for years and the entire staff is always amazing!

I did a Facebook review, but wanted to review on here as well. I was a sick kid growing up and between brain surgeries and long hospital stays, I was always too tired to do much else. That meant not always seeing the dentist as I should have. Now that I’m older and have kids I’ve decided I need to at least give it a good attempt to fix a few things. I am so glad that I chose you guys to help me with that! Dr. K and all of the girls are amazing and so sweet. You want to go to the doctor and not feel nervous or worried you’ll be judged and you won’t feel that way at all here. You’ll be comfortable here. Thanks again!

Very helpful, addressed all of my needs and concerns, and had me ready to go with a game plan of how to move forward with my issue. Relaxing environment and affordable. Resolved a lot of issues and great solutions. I would recommend this place to anyone who has reservations about dentists or worry, this is the place for you. This is an update! I haven't smiled in years! Been a long time coming. Thankful for this dentist office and all that work here. Affordable and kind, best bridge work! I was very impressed with everyone I meant. In twenty minutes I was given options for my problem and told about a sinus problem that I have been dealing with long term but thought it was allergies! I had made a mistake and visited a large chain operation the day before and after 3.5 hours had gotten nowhere! They just wanted to sell me things I didn't need! Thank you for the great service!

I was really hesitant and nervous about going to see dentist. But East Ridge Family Dentistry staff put all of my worries to the side and they’re all nice, kind, supportive and friendly folks.

I know going to the Dentist for people is very anxiety inducing, But the RDH and Dr. K always make you feel comfortable. Wouldn't want another Dentist or RDH's!

Our experience at East Ridge was delightful. The staff (Especially Chelsea) was extremely thoughtful. I brought my kids to my long appointment and they were worn out but Chelsea Provided them with snacks, blankets, entertainment, water and even (with my permission) held my little fussy one until my appointment was over.
Every time we come, we leave Better than when we arrived. Chelsea has been so thoughtful, Sydney is very skillful and kind and (there’s a sweet dental hygienist who loves plants) she is always smiling and welcoming to my children. Dr K is always making sure we are comfortable and cared for.
We feel like we are a part of a family at East Ridge.

Son, age 7, went back on his own without me. Did great. Very nice and professional people there. Dr.is thorough and direct. Great family dentist.

So happy with our experience with east ridge dental! They got my family of 5 in and out! They also didn’t try to sell us on any unnecessary products or services while we were there for our cleanings. The staff was wonderful to our children making it easier to go back for our next visit!

Everybody in the stuff were attentive and did perfect follow up to my dental issues. The doctor and the nurse treated my mouth with respect and diligence at the same time. Thank you all.
