While I don't know her name, the lady who drew my blood was very personable and kind. She seemed genuinely interested in my well-being and only pricked me once. If there is such a thing as a good experience having blood drawn, I had that this morning.

Went today for a blood draw and had a great experience! Tammy was so kind and I didn’t feel a thing. I will be back in the future and would definitely recommend them!

I am totally amazed with Tammy, I am usually a hard stick but she got it right away and didn't have to dig. Highly recommend

My 2.5 year old (high energy, sensory driven) son had his labs drawn by Tammy and it was so efficient and quick! I walked in thinking we were gonna have to wrestle an alligator but it was over in minutes! She was fantastic! Even the way she spoke to V and myself was calming and soothing!
Walked in without an appointment and was back in less than 10 minutes! 100% would recommend to other parents for their littles!

Tammy had me in and out in no time, and I legitimately didn’t even feel her put in the needle, even though I have what lesser blood drawers have described as “weird veins. ” I was genuinely shocked by how quick and painless the whole process was.

This place is amazing. AEL has always been our first choice for getting labs done. They have been so good to my mom. Tammy has always been good at taking blood from my mom, never hurts her a bit. Even if your primary physician is in KC, they can send orders to AEL. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs their blood drawn. Marv

This place was amazing! I had a very anxious 4 year old and they really took care of her! Tammy sang, Kaitlyn talked to her so sweetly! They were perfect! Take your child there FOR SURE! So much better than the hospital!

Tammy is the ONLY one I will take my babies to get blood work done with. She is fast, efficient and patient with them. I’ve had so many problems with others taking blood draws and we LOVE how amazing she is with our kids! Love love love them!

My baby has required blood work several times recently and the staff here has been wonderful with him every time. It makes it easier on our entire family that they make such an effort to comfort our little one in a not-so-pleasant time.

Tammy was great, i’m prone to passing out and getting all ditzy with blood draws but I had no problem with that here and she was very professional! Also a very clean & calm environment.

Until we found Tammy at Eastridge my 9 year old was a mess to get blood drawn. Now, after only 1 visit, she asks to go see Tammy. Today my 9 year old didn't fight, cry or freak out. Today Tammy fixed the panick and anxiety of getting blood work for my daughter. This momma is so thankful! Tammy.thank you for being the best at what you do. We are thankful for you.

The staff was wonderful. Quick and easy. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! I will be using this place for all my labs draws now.
