It was expensive as can be. I informed the management that my toilet was leaking and he said someone would be down an no one came down to check it out. The bathroom door u barley had to push and the door would come open. My 1 yr old daughter had gotten in there and slip busted her head took a chunk out of her tongue they were informed about it seems to not care and wouldn't let us check out bc we owed 14 dollars so we came to pay it but who gonna pay for my daughter hospital bill. I've contacted lawyers and there is a case. I want something done about this I have proof of my stay pictures and videos of the toilet leaking my daughter er visit that I can also provide. So I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and want answer to whats gonna be done about it all bc > have a er bill for one that needs to be paid for and I want a refund and something to compensate for ur all lack of work ethetis an not caring about ur customers

I stayed there for 7 days and everyday they changed the rates always charged different every night always
Never knew the prices. The place was always iffy and the employees left slot to be desired
I’ll never ever rent a room there again.they quote one thing on the phone 5 minutes later the price increases by 30$ ‘s

I just recently got myself out of a very tough situation i was staying here because it was next to my work i didnt have a home because i was waiting for my place to become available i paid everyday because i was a server i worked everyday just to keep shelter the general manager of this place ended up kicking me out and banning me for life because i was at walmart loading money on my card to pay for the next day and they discovered i had 2 cats but on priceline it says it is pet friendly it also says it has a pool and washer and dryer none of it is true but everyone had dogs walking around so i didnt think anything of it she let me pay for my room and an hour later had the cops there to have me escorted off the property and she wouldnt refund me the money and then on top of that i paid for a week at quality inn on the other side of the highway well the general manager called them and because they are by the same owners i was banned for life that week was $630 and they kept it too refused to refund me the money.my point to all of this is i wasnt causing any problems i paid for my room everyday and then they just did me like that leaving me with no money no shelter nothing im not gonna stop with this review i believe this hotel and management should be shut down completely they have roaches in there rooms drug addicts that are all over the place and the customer service for the whole month i was there was awful there were two people that were great a tall skinny lady and a dark gentleman both of which worked nightshifts but they were great helped me deal with the hotel double charging me when the gm couldnt figure it out but they did i will be contacting the state to get this hotel investigated and hopefully shut down it needs to be destroyed and rebuilt but most importantly get new staff besides the two that were helpful

I try to balance the bad with the good.
The room was fine. Found my roommate in the tub, a nice little roach singing "Hello my baby, hello my honey. " And he had clearly been there a while because his used towel was still hanging on the back of the bathroom door. I know times are hard & help is hard to find but that's just lazy by housekeeping.
And all transactions were through the night window, which was fine with the weather good, but I wouldn't want to stand there when winter finally hits & they won't allow you through the front doors. Will probably stay somewhere else next time.

This hotel room had bad bugs. My other crew stayed in a room beside me they did not have a problem but I did. Never again will I stay here.

This facility is an ABSOLUTE DUMP! Please do NOT stay at or consider this hole in the wall. The rooms smell, it needs major upgrades and remodeling, the front desk and the managers are unprofessional (namely Latisha!) Had paid cash for 3 nights for a family funeral in the KC area. The burial plans changed and went to check out a day earlier than scheduled and they would not issue a refund for the 1 night that we did not stay there. At check-in, the front desk clerk clearly stated that if your plans change, just let us know by 10: 30am and a refund could be issued. After speaking with Latisha, no refund was granted and we got in a shouting argument over the phone. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT! It's unfortunate there is no rating less than a one.

My toilet wouldn't flush which is a bad thing if you have diarrhea call the front desk did not get any help they said wait until tomorrow for housekeeping so I had a dirty toilet the drawers had Hoss cough drop wrappers in it which was very bad the pillows was flattered than a pancake could not get no service to get extra pillows tried and I was very disappointed paid a lot of money which I could have slept in the car and been more comfortable it is very sad I would never recommend this place and could not get no help

Had a horrible experience here. Had bugs in the shower, no pillows, and when asked for a couple extra towels so I could give my son a bath was told no. Place should be shut down

No breakfast if you want more than a honey bun.no pool.staff rude.overpriced! Take your money elsewhere!

The room reeked of smoke although it was a non smoking room! The room was extremely dirty, just felt disgusting being in the room. Bed was ok. So much dirt on the floor. Most of the night you could hear others coming and going. In and out of their cars. Then in the middle of the night we were woke up to someone screaming call 911, call 911 now! Then cops, ambulance, and firetruck showed up. Guess a guy was hit over the head with something and mugged. Never again will I stay there. Also paid way to much for the room!

We double paid because they couldnt find our reservation. They refused to refund us. So we ended up paying for an extra room that we didn't need. It was loud every Night cops there twice in our two night stay. The breakfast was not very good and the dinning area smelled of something rotten. Employees sitting at the front smoking weed at one point. Was very disappointed with our stay.

The room was bad plugins did not work ac worked but not that good there was a hole in the ceiling and behind the bathroom door and all in all the only good thing about this place was the people working they really need to put some work in on this place

There were bugs in bathtub when we got there. Floor hadn't been mopped in who knows how long. Service sucked. Tried to get towels and the front person didn't want to get up and grab some. Over priced for what we got.

Run down feel, hospitality poor, rooms.outdated and filthy.smelled of stale smoke/ surrounding rooms amelled of weed. Requested bed lining change from front desk clerk.we left for a few hours and returned with NO CHANGED LINENS! Or cleaned / replenished! Another clerk excuse was housekeeping forgot because they were busy.

The filthiest hotel I think I’ve ever been in!
Took a shower got out and before I could get my socks on my feet were black!
