The guys at economy have made several repairs on our 20+ year old grand Cherokee. They always have provided fast and cost effective repairs. We had a brake issue that they really jumped thru hoops to find the parts and even stayed late to finish it up so we could head out of time that same night.

Total scam artists! I took my car in for an inspection. They said it failed because of faulty brakes, and I would have to wait a week before they could fix it. I thought my brakes were fine. I took my car to another place, and they said there was nothing wrong with the brakes. Economy Car Care purposely failed my inspection si they could rip me off for more money. Avoid this place!

My daughter’s car was making a lot of noise and we called if she could drop it off to get it looked at. Although they were super busy, they knew she had to drive it back to college so they let us to drop it off. Economy Car Care Center stayed late that day to get the car looked at and found a wheel bearing issue which can cause significant problems and safety concerns if she continued to drive it. Knowing she needed the car to drive back to college, they were able to get the car fixed the next day. This is the third car I have had repaired by Economy Car Care Center. I trust them and appreciate their great work.

I really wanted to like this place because it was conveniently located. However, after an oil change my hood flew up into my windshield on the highway. I went back for break repairs, giving them the benefit of the doubt and when I drove away, my car was making a terrible noise. When I brought it right back, I had to wait on it for a long time and I was treated like I was being difficult when I asked probing questions about why this happened. It turned out a newish mechanic had done the work and didn’t know how. Again, I was treated like “these things happen” and I shouldn’t be put out that I was in the position to be late for work because of the wait. So disappointing.

This is a great place to take your vehicle! They do excellent work and you do not have to wait two weeks. Before you can get your vehicle in the shop in order to get an oil change like the car dealers do. They are very friendly and this is where I take mine and my wife’s vehicle.

The egr valve was in a horrible location on my van, they were able to easily change it out for me at a completely fair rate, excellent shop, work, and employees. I ll be back

Absolutely the worst place to take a vehicle. Customer service is horrible. Waited 2 hours for vehicle to be fixed after I received the call that it was fixed. Still not fixed and ended up leaving it as they are trying to fix it. Just a simple brake job that any mechanic shop should be able to do. Will not be going back after brakes are properly repaired.

Brought my car in 3 separate times to have my car door handle fixed. Was turned away the first two times because they didn't have the correct parts even though I was called by the shop to setup the appointment and was told they would send the parts back if I didn't setup immediately. Even after 3 trips back and forth I was charged full price, not asking for it to be free, but some sort of discount to make up for my two prior wasted trips and errors on their part would have been appreciated.
