Economy Tire & Muffler, Ozark MO

I've been a customer for 6 years. I've always been happy with their services and pricing. I recently moved about 30 minutes away. I used another service that was closer. They did a decent job for me but it took much longer and was more expensive. These guys always have plenty of mechanics on duty and seem to get you in with very little waiting. It's worth the extra drive for me to keep coming back!

For the second time in two years the staff that works out of this establishment has saved me hundreds of dollars. For the second time in two years I’m walking out of their establishment with less than 100 dollar in billing when they would have been perfectly within their rights to go the more expensive route, and many other businesses would not have thought twice to take the more costly route and not address the real issue at hand. So not only does this place provide quality service but they operate with integrity. Shout out to Rance who went above and beyond for my son and I. I’m a customer for life.

Me and my family came in from arkansas on our way to Minnesota and he said he couldn’t help us out with our car not even give us a diagnostic.really feel like it was racially profiled. Hope no black citizens put any money into this company.

These folks will get you fixed up and on the road fast. I had a flat and everyone else was saying they needed to order the matching tire for my car. Economy had the tire and got me fixed.

Worst customer service! Dale was very rude and they charged me to fix something they broke

The overpowering smell of carcinogenic CIGARETTE smoke fumes has been disgusting the past few times near the back counter when ordering tires and paying for services. It’s not diesel smell, and it’s not exhaust smell! It’s cigarettes. Way to drive your long time customers away, ugh.

Brought in some messed up tires and left very appreciative! Very nice people and very hard workers. Great prices too!

Pulled in with a circuit/ sensor issue causing car to die when idling - making a left turn was impossible. Courteous service - part ordered and installed in less time than estimated at a reasonable rate. Best service ever.

First time visiting this place. Had almost a flat tire this morning at work, needed to get it changed quickly so I could get back to work. These guys got me right in, got it changed super fast, and was more reasonable than the other locals. The sign says they do a lot of other repairs like timing belts, brakes, alignments, etc. Will definitely keep these guys in mind. NASCAR Pit Stop!

We had taken my son's truck to another shop and they had quoted over $3,000 for a repair to his exhaust. They also had $500 of recommended repairs that we had already completed at another shop months ago. Rance and Economy fixed the exhaust for just short of $500 total. So glad we went there. They did a great job and I felt like they had our best interest at heart.

Superb customer service! Excellent willingness to work with me and my schedule and priced me at the lowest cost available per the part I needed! Will go back anytime needed and will recommend to everyone!

Terrible customer service. Had an appointment for muffler, oil change and inspection. They called to tell us it was completed. Well they forgot to do the inspection so had to keep it another day. Next day called to let us know it was now all completed. I took off work to go get it and when I got there my truck wouldn't start because they had ran the battery dead. With a bad attitude he handed me a jump box to go jump it myself. Never again will we do business with them. I love to support small local businesses, but not this one. They need to get it together.

Thank you for opening the stuck back door on our work van and getting us back on the road! We really appreciate it! You guys are awesome!
