I want to thank my salesman Joe and the sales manager/ finance lady Venessa. We was hesitant to buy because of past experiences at another dealer but Joe helped me find my dream car and Venessa was very intelligent with the finance side and getting us coverage. I'm very impressed & pleased with the whole experience and process here!

Great atmosphere. Ask for Johnathan when you get here. The sales and finance directors Vanessa and Wyatt are fantastic!

I purchased a 1yr old $40k cx-9 and was told it would be detailed for me. I got it home and found that there were crumbs in most of the seats, the windows were absolutely disgusting, the wheels were covered in brake dust. Thus thing literally looked as if it was ran through the car wash and the window stickers were pulled and that was it. I went to plug my phone into the console charger to find that the charging ports have actually been ripped out and aren't even there. I've never been so disappointed with a purchase in my life! I'm honestly scared of what else I am going to find. And this was supposed to be a certified pre-owned vehicle. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

I knew the manager and he was helping me find a better car than the one I had. I trusted him because he was a family friend and still is. But he lied to me about everything basically. When I went I was offered 5 cars to test drive and whichever one I liked I could purchase. Well I took a car home and then fell in love for him to say they messed up and I wasn’t supposed to drive that car and offered me another car that looks similar. I was very upset. But just went with it. Then he told me we had 3 months before my first payment will be due. That was a lie! The credit union called me and said I was past due and I argued saying the dealer told me I had 3 free months! I called the manager back at the dealer and he called the credit union and called me back to say yeah I have to pay. Smh. Not only that but he made a deal with me. He would pay $100 a month for me until we refinanced my car to lower the payment. He did for 6 months if that. Then he made an excuse saying he was laid off and couldn’t pay it anymore. So never again will I be recommending anyone to come here and I will never trust anyone ever again! It was a bad experience overall!

Mykal was a huge help finding the right vehicle for my wife and I. Very respectful, and answered any questions I had. If he didn’t have an answer right away, he would find one for me. Venessa did an awesome job with the finance part and answering any questions I had.

Also, the vehicles at Mazda comes with a life time warranty is a huge plus!

The staff here was amazing! I worked with Tanner, and to be honest, I wasn’t expecting to leave with a new car that day, but he put me in one! They are so helpful and do everything they can to help someone with bad credit get into a newer vehicle. Thanks again you guys! Love my new car!

From the outside appearance we didn't know too much about Eddy's but after walking in and greeted by pretty much the entire staff we soon realized this place was different then the rest. They actually listened to what my wife and I said and didn't rush us through the process. We felt very welcomed and homey once inside and Will and Austin did an excellent job meeting our many demands. Why I wrote this review is the feeling after the sale as I was called many times by not only the salesman Will but by the General Manager Austin making sure we loved our new CX-5. This made me feel like my wife and I made the right decision and weren't just another sell for the team. Bravo Eddy's Mazda, Bravo!

All the staff at Eddy's Mazda were more than helpful and awesome to work with for car buying needs. I am from Wyoming looking to buy a car that they had in their inventory and I was amazed at their willingness and patience to work with me even with being out of state. They kept good contact with me throughout the whole process and even well after. I highly recommend this dealership! I do want to add all the people who helped and were super nice, Jasmine, John, Carrie, and I do remember a few others that I talked to as well I just don't remember your names!:) Hope to purchase another car here in the future!

So I was greeted by a weird man named Stephon, bald guy with a gold tooth and crack walk. He was very rude by not hearing us out and kept on talking over us. Made my lady feel uncomfortable with his weird looks towards her. He smoked a cigarette and showed us cars. The deal was good until it came to the paper work and that’s where Don didn’t go by his word and tried to charge me an extra 2k after I talked the vehicle down $2500, good thing I caught onto it. But when I caught on to it he got very upset it seemed like so now they make me come in after a long day of work to try to get THEIR paper work together to get my plates and my temporary plates expired TWICE already and they love to run your credit unexpectedly so be very careful. Also I would recommend a drug test on their staff. Eddy’s is a flat out joke but Mazda is a good vehicle so please take your money and time else where. Also when they found out I was military i heard them make a comment and say “looks like another high interest rate” so please take your business else where because this was just so unsatisfactory.
-Thank you (I will give updates on the progress they have made for the community).

BE AWARE! "Good" reviews only pop up first on here so scroll to the bottom and read before you buy! They make you write a review at the end of your visit but be informed that the troublesome comes soon after you leave.

When I decided on a brand new Mazda, the manager said that he would take $2000 off the original payment. However, they secretly added $2200 onto my contract and claimed that it was a warranty that they told me about but I NEVER did agree to it nor was informed about it. I had to take this contract back to the dealership which is an hour away and resign it to which the finance guy had made disrespectful comments.

After a few weeks, I contacted them because I am nearing the deadline to pay the taxes off soon and have not received the title yet. The manager, Don, has made excuses each time I've called. He gives false promises and tries to avoid contacting you instead of finding a solution or stating the truth. Their customer service lady reached out to me and stated that they have lied and it took longer than it should have because they did not complete the paperwork properly!

This is now almost TWO months later since I've purchased my vehicle. I registered my vehicle at the DMV, paid off my taxes, and was waiting for my title to arrive in the mail. The Missouri Department of Revenue sent me a letter stating that my registration got put on hold until the dealership can fix their error by removing my husbands name from MY INDEPENDENT title. My car was registered to me ONLY to begin with! I now have to drive back for the THIRD TIME to resign it next week in order for my car to be registered.

I am glad their finance specialist, Ken, had been removed from their team. However, Don will need proper training or to be terminated for his lack of customer service and respect. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone! Please, save yourself the hassle.

Everyone at this dealership is very nice & I really appreciate that. What is not appreciated is the number of times my fiance has to call about repairs or services that were promised to us when purchasing our 2016 VW
Passat. Calls made to Don & others on the team get you to voicemail, transferred to someone else or "we will call you to get this set up". The problem is, that you don't get that call and your services are not set up. We even resorted to just showing up at the dealership to see if that worked better, but that didn't really get us anywhere either. When we bought the car we asked for a second set of keys and for the cruise control to be fixed. They told us to wait 30 days so that we could turn it in under the extended warranty. Well, it has been 30 days and they were supposed to call us back and we still haven't heard from them. They did give us a couple vouchers for free gas, but it's not really worth all the hassles we have experienced just trying to get what was promised to us when we purchased the car. As stated, the people here are very nice. We enjoyed working with Jake and loved his sense of humor. He obviously knows cars & how to sell them. The follow through on promised services is just not there and that's unfortunate for the salesmen employed here as disappointed customers tend to take their business elsewhere. They need someone on staff to facilitate & make sure that everything on the "We owe you" list has been delivered as promised. You're a team, one part selling & the other part providing services/repairs. If either part doesn't do what their supposed to, then none of you get paid.

Best car folks this side of the Mississippi! Been going there for years and will keep coming for years! I know most by first name and they call me by mine. Kinda like a family reunion everytime I walk in. If you dont buy from Mr. Trimble and Mr. Taylor then your crazy. That's all I can say. Just plum crazy.

I wish I could give this dealership a lower rating but unfortunately there is not one any lower. This place us the typical sleazy cat dealership. I went in there to look at a new car said I wanted to test drive one and that I would not be purchasing today because I had not decided what vehicle I wanted and when I did I was financing through my bank so they would get the paperwork ready. Will Francis was the salesman and he said he understood. First he took us on a 5 minute test drive and did not allow us on the highway. We could only go a few blocks around the dealership. When we got back he started in on his high pressure you need to buy this today speech. I told him I was just looking and not buying today. He came back with a car payment that was twice as high as what I had been paying but I would be financing far less that before. He wouldn't tell me the interest rate they were offering and I said again I was going thru my bank everything was approved and my payments would be about $250 less thru them. He went to talk with someone for about 10 minutes and then came back and said they could lower the payments by $100. I stated again I was not buying and when I did I already had financing taken care of. He tried another time to pressure me into the same saying the blue color that I wanted was very hard to find and I said that was fine I wasn't in a hurry and when the time came if I needed to order one I would to get the color I wanted. Then will tried to tell me they are so hard to come by that if I didn't take this one it would take them several months to get one in the color I wanted. Again I said I was fine with that. I did not want to make any rushed decisions. So then Will said why don't you just take it overnight and drive it and see how you like it and bring it back tomorrow. I said that was fine since we didn't get to really drive it. He then went back into the office and was in there for more than 20 minutes during that time he had the insurance person come over and talk to me and he informed me I was purchasing the vehicle that night and he was just getting the paperwork finished. After he stepped away Will was still in the office and after another 5 minutes my son looked at me and said I don't have a good feeling about this. I completely agreed with him. They were defiantly trying to pressure me into this sale. So we decided at that time we would leave. I walked to my car and left. About 5 minutes later I started getting the first of what ended up being about 10 phone calls not to mention all of the emails he sent me trying to find out what went wrong. What was wrong was that your salesmen and all of the employees I spoke with would not listen to me. I did not want a high pressure sale. I wanted to check the car out and find out about it but I was not allowed to fully accomplish this. He was so focused on the same he did not listen to the customer. I will go and drive another Mazda but it will NEVER be at your dealership. I will never be back. If the salesmen won't listen to what I want I don't need to purchase a care from him. Very simple lesson you would think but it is to hard for them to grasp.

Just purchased a CX5 from Dale Mercer. From start to finish, Dale is the consummate pro! He helped us to easily navigate to get a great car and deal! I’m a 100% satisfied customer.

Went to test drive a car and we met with the Salesman Devin. This dealership has to be the most professional one i have ever been in also they really care about what you want and the needs you are needing. They matched us with the perfect car and even though we were just gonna test drive and come back later to buy one. Well we walked out with a brand new CX-5 with no doubts that we made the wrong decesion

First time visiting Eddy's Mazda. Had a wonderful experience with sales person Devin Atchley. Devin didn't apply heavy sales pressure, but was insightful, professional, and had a great understanding of customer needs. I will definitely look to Eddy's Mazda for future auto needs.

This is a great place to purchase a vehicle from. Most friendly staff and service people around. A special shout out to Dale in the sales department, he was amazing and so helpful I would recommend heading that way first if your interested in buying a Mazda and talking with him!
