Edible Arrangements, Maryland Heights MO

I had an edible arrangement order delivered to my home and the delivery driver rang the door bell multiple times and kept tampering at our screen door to try to get to the main door. Afterwards my husband talked to the man through our surveillance system and requested him to just leave the arrangement on the door step and we would get it. Afterwards, the man unlocked our fence and went into our backyard to knock on our patio window and then before leaving went through our trash bin in front of our house and took out boxes. It was a very alarming and scary situation where we had to call the police for him being on our property after being told to leave. I would not recommend this location.

Sales Rep had an attitude like I was bothering him. But product ordered was very good and presentable!

We just received a edible arrangement from Dorsett Road and that was awesome one of the best Edible Arrangements I've ever had the fruit was quality was perfect it looked beautiful you guys need more than five stars and you delivered it all the way out to st-charles thanks for the great work and the great taste

Went in last minute to get some chocolate covered strawberries. I was short on time and almost left when I realized that they weren’t pre-made and ready. The guy assured me he would have my order ready in 15 minutes… and he did! 10/10 on customer service.

Went in to get a smoothie. They did not have ANY product available for one. Asked for a fruit cup none was available. Didn't under how they could not put fruit in a cup. Very disappointed. Went across the street to Schnucks and got some fruit and Smoothie King for a smoothie.

Needed something for today and the gentleman working made it at 330 in the afternoon for me with no problem.

Delicious! Wife loved the fruit Bouquet and the box of chocolate covered fruits. Theses were delivered by a nice gentleman for are wedding anniversary.

The staff was very rude. I walked in to attempt to place an order and was asked to leave and place an order online. They were happy to turn away my business after waiting for an extended period to be helped. I would never recommend to anyone.

I have used them 3 times now to send gifts to my grandparents on different occasions. They always deliver on time or call if there is an issue. Highly recommend!
