The food was out of this world and the staff was fantastic. I think his name was Steve if memory serves, but thanks for the celebratory round at the end of our meal on Saturday!

Egg Restaurant is a popular spot in Locust Business District, St. Louis. The place is packed on Sundays, which is a testament to its popularity. I tried the Tunisian Hash for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. It was better than I thought it would be. I also met a good friend there who was lunching with some of her business associates. Overall, Egg Restaurant is a great place to go for a delicious meal and to catch up with friends.

Always LOVE LOVE AND LOVE this place. Staff are great and always in a good mood. Coffee is superb! The french toast is to DIE FOR (FOR REAL NO JOKE, YOU HAVE TO TRY IT!) We even took a pound of coffee home with us this time, another home run in our book 10/10. Thank You. ALSO, Jason the manager is great, super friendly guy. BEST PLACE IN ST LOUIS FOR BREAKFAST, HANDS DOWN!

The food is amazing. Specifically the pork belly Benedict on top of cornbread. That was absolutely delicious. The only thing I would change was the service. Service was not great. Saw my waitress briefly when she took my order and didn't see her again until I paid. Somewhere in between I asked for cream for my coffee and I didn't see it until I was paying my bill. Other than the service, great little place with great food.

3.3 stars. Came here after reading about the Cornbread Benedict. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype. The eggs were poached properly and oozed the yolk when punctured. Instead of it running atop the raved about pork belly, it was the stepbrother - overcooked, dry brisket. The server was polite and managed the restaurant well with her co-workers. The area is very sketchy and gave me concerns about whether my car would be broken into as I ate.

Loving the vibe here. It’s giving really chill laid back. The food pairs well with the vibe as well. A mix of traditional foods with a more at home comfort food take. Very delicious. Only thing I have to knock it for is that I can’t give it a higher grade. The staff are very friendly. Gave me the recommendation on the cornbread Benedict with pork belly and sautéed spinach to pair with the Benedict

This place and food is phenomenal will definitely be back next time I'm passing through with bands

The service was absolutely HORRIBLE. Our waitress didn’t check on us once and we waited 15 minutes for a refill on our waters. Very rude and depended on the bus boys to refill our drinks, cash out our checks. No one checked on how our food was and one of our guests sausage was pink in the middle, undercooked.

Pros: French Toast was amazing.

Cons: The breakfast sausage wasn’t my favorite, but my dining partner loved it. It doesn’t have a sweet/maple flavor or resemble the flavor of a breakfast sausage. It has a more fennel, herby flavor that was really unexpected. The table busser took my orange juice glass away before I was finished which kinda threw me for a loop.

My food was absolutely phenomenal and the service was top notch. Came on a weekday morning but still amazed that there was a table open.it was that good! Can't recommend it enough.

This was my first time going but it was on a recommendation from someone else. I feel the service was great, I appreciate the staff's and restaurant's culture of inclusion of minority patrons.

I believe I had higher expectations when I went in. I have enjoyed North African foods for years and this felt like a commercialized version. Friday 7/28/23 I ordered the chakchouka and what I got was a lazy attempt to throw vegetables and meat around, sans seasoning and the egg, of which the restaurant is named, was under cooked. Server came 2 times in an hour and a half. I would give them one more chance but honestly, it didn’t live up to the hype.

Nice clean modern breakfast place. Ordered the Mexican Slinger vegetarian with OJ. It came on a bed of tostadas loaded with grilled veggies and two eggs, topped with spicy verde salsa. This plate was amazingly delicious with many levels of textures in every bite. Service was excellent.
