I wish we could give no stars, we been with company from 2004-2008, brought a house but had forclourse in 2011 due a death of our son. Rented a home for rent a one bed room, by the his time I had two children and one the way so we need a 2bed, they helped us and rented that home from $700 to 750 2015-2021and the home started to fall apart we was told upfront that the basement leaks but we was in for a surprise. So after a few years the house started having bed bugs, gutters fallen, roof fallen, and notice that the house have a bad spirit on it cause we trying to buy home and for some reason things kept going and we had to get up outer there 11/19/2021 is when left. They only beautyfed the inside still no major work to anything. Please don rent from them.

THE AGENT I SPOKE TO WAS NICE. THEY ARE UP FRONT & DIRECT. YOU DONT HAVE TO JUMP THRU HOOPS AS LONG AS YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS.

The woman on the phone was less than helpful and I probably won't call back for further assistance. I used them in the past, but it was NOT the same experience this time.

Eichelberger Property Management LLC deserves my respect and appreciation for everything. They have provided me with a place to call home for over 10 plus years now. They are very reliable and professional about everything in every way. They are always nice, sweet, polite, and courteous. They treat tenants with the best respect and they provide the best quality work possible. I love the interactions and they pleasant and immediate responses. Maintenance orders has the best fastest response times. Thanks Eichelberger Property Management for providing me with a natural, nice, safe, peaceful, worry free, healthy, blessed, respectful, restful, and happy place to stay.

Always keep and take pictures of your receipt. I paid my rent 3 months in advance 2 months later thay said I will be kicked out for not paying my rent.lol not today.showed my receipt that was the end of that!

I will never move here again they need want to fix anything they lies about fixing things, they maintance man smoke and Drink with dude from 949 apt B ge never come do work actually.it’s Sad I want Out I don’t want to live here anymore! I will be getting me a lawyer cause this not right
