El Maguey reviews
15Found this his place after a last-minute date night with the wife. Food was great as was the service.
Our first time there. It's better than the majority of the countless Mexican restaurants in the surrounding area.
Unfortunately i love ElMaguey but the meats here don't have flavor and a customer service is fine but not awesome. There's an ElMaguey down the street about five minutes That is tremendously better. (2018)
Improvement;, tasty! (2021)
Twice now I have had to leave the restaurant because they forgot to put my order in and I ran out of time for lunch.
I got the chicken soup with veggies, which was good and a heaping portion. Too much Pico de Gallo topping though!
Amazing staff, food, and portions. This place stands out from any chain Mexican restaurant I've ever been to. Street tacos are my go to. They'll stuff ya here:)
My husband and I had a great and entertaining time at this restaurant. Maria made us laugh, she was attentive and YES.the food was fantastic
Always great food and service. Never have any issues which is why we are a weekly customer. I’d give more stars if able.
Take out ordered nachos. They put tortilla chips then the meat and cheese on top. The tortilla chip were soggy. The chips should have been on the side especially for a take out order
Really friendly staff and good food. It can get busy though because it's one of the few good Mexican places I town.
Food was pretty good, veggies were fresh, but the seasoned beef had an day old taste. Service was good and clean restaurant.
Love sitting on the patio and having lunch. Have the best food and service. The place is so nice!
Food tasted like vinegar. Worst Mexican food I have ever tasted. Taco Bell is more Mexican.
Great spot for an amazing meal! I had the Molcajete and it was sooooo great! The dish itself was packed with amazing ingredients and it was accompanied with a plate with rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo and lettuce. So much delicious food. My wife had the southwest chicken salad and it looked good and I tried the homemade dressing and it was great! We had a couple of margaritas and they were also delicious. Perfect complement to the meal!
Service, prices and food were all phenomenal and I would definitely come back. Only thing I was a little sad about was they brought our queso out with the meal. We still had our fill and it was awesome as well.
Waitress took forever to even just come say hi. I had time to pick out my meal in that amount of time. Overall pretty good. My fajita taco salad was "wet", but flavor was good. I will always return because it's El Maguey, and that's where you go when you want Mexican.
