El Mezon - Mexican Restaurant, St Peters MO

About a 15-20 drive across the bridge but totally worth it. Our local spots are always so crowded on Tuesdays. The margarita tower was priced nice at $32 and we were lit between the two of us. The food Also hit the mark. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. I’m so to get another free night to sneak out there with hubby. The place is nice sized so if you have a larger party good for that too!

The food was incredible. The music was so fun. And our service was excellent! We got our food very fast as well.

WORST Mexican place in the St. Peter’s area! They gave us the wrong food 3 times and forgot food in our order! We got our food FINALLY 1 hour after we ordered! That is pretty bad, even though it was busy we saw other customers getting their food and I have been here MANY times and this was the WORST service they ever had! A server Jony was the worst server I have ever had an experience with at a Mexican restaurant! He took my taco salad away from me when I was trying to eat it! He said it was someone else’s! Why give it to me? I have seen many other mexican restaurants have a much better system in giving people their food. FINALLY when I got my real taco salad the cheese was watery and the bowl was 10x greasier than other mexican restaurant’s taco salad bowls. The ground beef was watery and was not cooked right. Probably the worst mexican food I have ever had in my life. Diana who had only been working there for a couple days was the only reason why I gave this place at least one star, she was sweet and apologetic. Make sure Diana is your waitress if you come here. Anyways if you want your food to get messed up, have some rude waiters, and awful food go to El Mezon! Make sure to say hi to Jony for me! Jony=Poop.

Service is a little slow but nothing out of question, and super friendly.

I finally found a place with the dish I love but apparently there isn't a Mexican restaurant in this area that can make it right. The only thing they got right on a $60 order was the burritos and a chimichanga. That's only because they didn't have to be modified! Completely got my dish wrong, my fiance's and my grandbabies french fries. Yes, fries! They got their very tiny quesadilla but no fries!

Omigosh, the sauce that came with the fajitas is really something special. Also, shrimp in my son's monster-sized burrito was perfectly charred. Delicious!

I love this place. Little bit of a wait to get a table (20 minutes on Fri nite.) But the food was worth the wait. The server's were attentive but not annoying. If your in this area, and like good Mexican food. Don't miss this opportunity. I promise you won't regret it.

The food was outstanding, but the service was AWOL. I had to get up several times and ask the host to get me a server. There were plenty of people working, but it was towards the end of the night and were were made to feel like we were a bother. A bad experience.

Went for cinco de mayo and it was PACKED! Probably because they have great food and service though. Drinks were fantastic too. If you cant make up your mind on where to eat stop by because they have somethin for everyone.

You want good Mexican, this is the place! Always packed, but worth the wait. Never had a bad experience.

The only problem I have with this place is it’s not in Denver! Service was amazing. Food was top notch! Highly recommend! Best Mexican food I’ve had in awhile!

First mistake: 7pm. Second, Friday night. Beans and rice were cold, quesadilla was hot. Long wait. Great server but one order (8 in our party) was wrong. I might go back on a less busy evening, maybe earlier than 7pm

Best spot for Mexican food! Nothing bad to say about them, it's just a good place to eat anytime.

First time back since the remodel, Looks great. Very busy for a Tuesday night. The food is just as good as it has always been.

Excellent, Mexican restaurant that meets the following criteria:
(1) Affordable prices
(2) Delicious food with generous portions
(3) Great customer service
(4) Alcohol options to quench anybody's thirst (pitchers and 25-32 oz beers)

This isn't a place you want to go to for a fancy, exquisite restaurant, but if you're looking for a casual lunch/dinner with family, friends, or loved ones then this is an excellent option.

Family-owned restaurant service is excellent the food is amazing I would come back every day if I lived here

The best Mexican restaurant with the best prices in St Charles County. Bar none. Remodeled dining room is very nice.
