El Rodeo, Bolivar MO

It's cheap and the service was fast. The food just wasn't very good. It was very bland and whatever they call guacamole is not guacamole. The guac tasted like maybe it came from a Dean's container or some kind of dip like that but it definitely didn't taste like avocados. I thought it was really gross and I wouldn't have ordered something with guacamole on it had I known because it was spread all over the top and it kind of ruined the whole meal. So don't order the guacamole! Your food might be 3 or 4 stars if you follow that advice.

I wish I could give them more stars! Service is out of this world. Friendly! Speedy! Accommodating! You don’t get service like this anywhere else. The food is so delicious! Large portions! Hot! So tasty! One of my favorites.

Great service, waiter was friendly didn't have to wait very long before our food was delivered to out table and the food was hot. A 10 out of 10

I love this place! It's one of the best Mexican places in the area. There have been a couple of times I wasn't completely satisfied with the service, but it definitely wasn't bad enough to keep me from coming back.

Great flavors and perfect portions. Great atmosphere, very colorful. Each wall is a different bright stucco with Hand carved, painted booths and seating. Always a good choice and reasonable prices.

I live in Republic Missouri and I would drive to Bolivar Missouri anytime to eat at this great Mexican food place. I wish Springfield had a good Mexican food place like this. I'm a Texan and this is the closest place for good Mexican food I found.

Not as good as I remember. Parking is a nightmare. No alcohol. More Ameri-mex than Mexican in my opinion. It's okay. But I will not return.

She had the Chicken Fajita Taco Salad; I had the Enchiladas Supreme. The food was average for a Mexican Restaurant. Cold unsalted chips, average salsa, decent sweet tea. The atmosphere, menu selection, and service brought up the overall rating a full star. We got there after 1: 30 for a late lunch and the place was about half full. We were served promptly and the meals were hot. I wasn't offered a receipt on check-out and had to ask for one. The cashier wasn't as pleasant as the rest of the staff. You'll have to walk a block or so to park when the place is busy.

Love this place! Dined her for years. Moved away for about 12 years and moved back. Glad to see it was still open and the food was as yummy as I remembered. The Texas Fajita is the best. And reasonable prices

Best Mexican food in Missouri! We were worried when we moved here from California that we would not find good Mexican food and tried several places that were horrible. Thank God we found El Rodeo! Awesome food! Great service! Super value!

Amazing food! We loved it from start to finish. Salsa, guacamole, quesadilla especial, carne asada, and dessert were all so so good.

I highly recommend this place, the service was great and the food was excellent. I had the Texas burrito, was amazing. The waiter was very nice and was nice to my kids.

The food is amazing! Very friendly staff! And attentive. They put a Sombrero on my grandsons head an sang Happy birthday in Spanish. We had ate there before, my grandson Kolten chose to go back. 5 star!

Great place for a quick lunch! Our service was wonderful, the seating is wonderful, and food is priced wonderfully. Quality of the food is great too. Some of the seating is great for larger families too. We comfortably sat 6 at our booth and some booths were larger. I have never had to wait for a seat. Really a good place to dine in!
