Food was good. Customer service was okay, nothing to complain about but could be better. Reasonable prices. Authentic to cultural foods. Thumbs up.

Really good tacos. I don’t eat hot so was just perfect for me. Well seasoned and the tacos was good size you can get full with 3 of those ones. You gotta clean your own table outside. I didn’t came inside restaurant to see how it was. Definitely worth trying out.

I am a seeker of authentic and I mean authentic tacos I was raised in Chicago so we know good food! Well let me tell you, the tacos de tripa and lengua were one of the BEST we have ever had! Super quick to pickup too! One of our friends recommended us this spot for we in town for an week and we are very pleased!

My wife and I will frequently go buy some of their fantastic pastries and snack on them while we walk down to Earthbound Brewing.

Great hidden gem. Find the little gems on this street if you like and you're in taco heaven.

Probably some of the best tacos in STL. The torta is awesome as well. Try the tacos al pastor, they're the best. And the salsa verde is probably the best I've had. Don't be fooled by its appearance!

I love this place. I come to STL for business around three times a year from Mexico. So whenever I need something from back home, I just go there.

The only thing I don’t like is that when you go to buy a Menudo, they sell it to you frozen by the pound. This makes the Menudo Waymore and I feel that it is wrong that they weigh it frozen for when it’s frozen it makes the price higher by the pound, as it already is expensive not cool feel like they’re cheating everyone out.

You can find almost everything in Mexico but the service leaves a lot to be desired and the prices are high

This "supermercado" is a long time anchor tenant in the middle of the Cherokee shopping district. I went there shopping for some commercial quality cooking pots, which they have a great selection of. I was envious of all the copper and stainless steel pots. Like 80 quarts & beyond! Heavy gauge.

The inside restaurant is temporarily closed, but just outside in a covered area they make the best tacos on Cherokee Street I've been going there for years, and I've tried all the places in that area!

If you are serious about tacos you have to check this place out! My family calls this are taco corner because there are 3 taco places on this corner however el torito has the best! Since discovering this place we eat here no less than twice a week and the kids love it here as well. After eatimg we usually go to the store and buy some stuff for dinner and/or dessert. Do not pass this place by!
