I bought my car brand new from them in 2017. Never been in an accident, always got the oil changes done. Car currently has 24,000 (twenty four thousand, not a typo) miles on it. Was just told the engine light is on and it’s a 2k dollar fix that’s not covered under the extended warranty which they said I had yesterday. I’ll never buy anything from Elco ever again, and they’ve ensured I’ll never buy another Chevy or GM too. Absolutely not.

Dylan Moody was very helpful & professional in helping us to decide to buy our truck. He answered our questions and was courteous. We flew in to St. Louis from Texas and he arranged to pick us up at the airport.
Luke in finance was also courteous when we filled out the paperwork.

I had an oil change and tire rotation and they got me in and out in 45 min.also my service manager pointed out I had a Service contract that I had
forgotten I had bought.

Service was performed very timely. Received courteous call when my car was ready for pickup.

Brought car in for service, left it for days without any status/update. They finally looked at it the day we were to pickup.

Quoted us an entire new transmission for $6000 - $6500 on a vehicle with less than 100k miles.

When we asked if we should bother even fixing it they came back with only $2300 for trade in…. We could scrap it better than that.

Service department has poor communication, doesn’t take appointments and then gives ridiculous quotes. Went for another opinion and found service for $1,500 - $2000 cheaper.

Our salesman was very professional very prompt and very nice to sit and talk to remind me more of as a friend than a salesperson. Our car was super clean and ready to go full of gas when we got it. It was a pleasure dealing with these guys and we'll definitely go back if I have any future needs. Thank you for the great experience.

Everything went well and they listened to my needs. I had oil change and missing washer fluid cap replaced on my Tahoe. Overall, I was very satisfied. I wish dealership service department would have helped me and repaired my heated seats after I bought the Tahoe last October 2022 from them. The heated seats still don't work even after taking it in for repairs twice. Hopefully, this will be fixed as well and I am waiting for a callback.
