Tonica created an experience that is hard to put into words, but I’ll try. As I focused on my breathing, I felt these tingly sensations all throughout my body while experiencing a warm pleasant fire in my lungs and head. While Tonica simultaneously penetrated my subconscious mind with the most powerful positive affirmations one could imagine. Once I settled back into my body I felt invincible, and instantly began to journal about the experience.

I have had the honor of sharing space with Tonica at an event she cohosted in December and now 2 private Breathwork sessions.

I am a healer as well and am very particular about who I open up to. From the moment I met her I knew I could trust her. She opens and holds space for me in the deepest way allowing my breath to flow and for the healing to happen. She has been able to fully connect me to my higher self and I Am presence in a way that has never happened in session before. My soul is grateful for the connection and all of the healing as she has helped me to overcome so much in the last few months with my insecurities and fears and stepping into my highest truth.

From the moment I stepped into her presence, I knew Tonica is a kind, compassionate, and caring person. During breathwork, Tonica offered a safe space for me to let go of deep disturbances that have been clinging to me and my very being for several years. I'm grateful for her and the dedication she extended to me in my healing journey. Tonica's support was transformational and I plan to return to her sanctuary again.
