Came in with a buddy of mine today and purchased two brand new weapons and I am absolutely blown away by the amazing customer service and knowledge of these guys. They answered all of our questions and even took the time to explain things in detail that we were unsure of. They even mounted and sighted a scope for me! I am new to Missouri as i just moved here from NJ. I looked up Elite Arms on the internet and thought j would take a chance. I was so impressed with the gun selection and the prices but the best part of the experience was the friendly gentleman who helped me select a pistol. Although i was a stranger, he took the time to talk to me and answer every dumb question I had with courtesy and knowledge. I highly recommend this establishment.

I have conducted business with this store on several occasions and have always been treated well. Up until this point, I had nothing but positive things to say. A couple of months ago, I took a firearm to them for a small repair (gas block roll pin replacement). After picking it up, I took it out to the gun range and it was not cycling properly. This was an issue that my gun did not initially have prior to having them work on it. I immediately left the gun range and took the gun back to them without taking it apart. I was told by the cashier that they had most likely reassembled it incorrectly by mistake and that it would be fixed at no charge. I left the gun with them and received a call over a week later informing me that the gun was ready to be picked up. Upon picking up my gun, they blamed me for “taking it apart” and incorrectly putting it back together. This never happened, considering the fact that they were the last people who touched my gun prior to my range trip. They charged me an extra $40 for their mistake, which I chose not to dispute because they are clearly not honest enough to own up to their mistakes. I will not be returning.

Guy did a nice job remounting my scope. After he was done he even gave me some tips on cleaning, fouling etc. They definitely make sure you’re taken care of.

I stopped by to check out the new store. Jesse spent a great deal of time with me helping me find exactly what I was looking for in a pistol. I'm usually one to take months to make a decision on a purchase like this but by he made this a very easy purchasing experience for me and I'm not only happy with the decision I made but I also left with an education on what I was buying. Not to mention he was helping customers as they were coming through the door. He made sure no one was waiting around on him. Customer service is TOP NOTCH. Good job Jesse. I'll be doing more business in this store.

The shop was very eat and organized. Myron was friendly and very knowledgeable about his products. Prices were competitive with other local Vortex optic dealers. Will definitely shop and buy here again.

Went to Elite arms for a “one stop shop” for my first AR build. I had a LOT of questions and needed some insight on how to accomplish this task. Myron was EXTREMELY patient with me and was happy to answer my many questions.
