I was giving the wrong price when I first came buy the car wash. It was supposed to be $30.00. When I returned and my car wash was completed I was told it would be $40.00. When I told the gentleman that I was told 30.00. He didn't care and expected me to pay $40. I did, and left a much smaller tip then I was planning to give. After seeing the poor job that was done one the inside of my car. I wish I never would've supported this business.

I got a full detail today. With shampooing and all that good stuff. My car wasn’t too dirty for the most part bc it’s a new car. Everything looks good though! The only small thing I noticed was the bugs on my headlights and little side mirrors were still slightly noticeable and my mud flaps are still a little dirty but overall I’m happy.

Always fantastic customer service in/out to the best of their ability because everyone desires their services!

I got the interior detail. I paid $150 for what I could have done with $10 in quarters at a gas station vacuum. I've paid similar prices elsewhere for a detail and gotten a much better result.
No leather shampoo. None of the crevices cleaned. Still smaller debris in the trunk left that could be hit with a vacuum. Some spots completely untouched.
This was basically a quick vacuum and a wipe-down. If you want an actual detail, go somewhere else.

First of all they did a great job on my 2014 Chevy Sonic. I love the detail cleaning that they did my car looks new again in the prices are very reasonable. They had me in and out in no time I had got my carpet seats and interior cleaned and shampooed and they did a great job on it all and my car smells so good after so thanks elite.

Took my car in for a full interior cleaning and they got it spotless in less than an hour. All the guys were very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Got a full car detail after a cross country road trip. The inside of the car was nicely done. Everything was wiped down well and the carpets were nicely shampooed and dried. The outside was just so so. Not bad, but not much different than going through a car wash and waxing afterwards. Still had bugs along the front grill. I was able to pull out bugs and scratch off gunk with my fingers, so it was disappointing it was overlooked. The roof seemed like it was missed too as that also still had the remains of bugs along it. Someone with a ladder and scrub brush wouldn't have a problem removing it.

On the bright side, it was done fairly quickly and I was able to pick up my car just over an hour later. But I'll be having to go over areas again myself.

This place was recommended by a friend and did NOT disappoint! The staff greeted me with a smile, was very patient as I contemplated which service I wanted, and got right to work when I handed off my key.
Time flew by as I waited and when my car was nearly done, they had me check the inside to ensure I was satisfied. After my service was finished and I was getting in my car, I rolled the window down and ruined the perfect window job! Demetrius (De!) ran to get a cloth and fixed it up for me and checked a few last minute things.
I will absolutely go back and refer these guys to someone interested in a stellar detailing job.

The first time I came here, the wash they did was terrible. I decided to give them a second chance for redemption. HUGE mistake.

The second time I showed up. I sat here for over an hour and then another customer came in 20 minutes after I came in. They showed favoritism to a customer that just showed up and had their car washed before mine. I left with yet another terrible wash and this time A SCRATCH on my car.

Don't even bother with this place. Save your time, money, and car.

Elite detailing was wonderful to work with and did a great job detailing my SUV! I called this morning with an “emergency” detailing and the fit me in and completed the job wonderfully. They removed tar from multiple parts or my exterior quickly and efficiently. In addition, they also detailed the interior! I would recommend them anytime for detailing!

I don’t take my car to any other car wash unless I don’t have time to wait and need to drive through. The staff have integrity, what ever I leave in my car will be there when I get it back, except my trash and dirt.

I had the BEST experience and results today. I had Patrick service and perform the detailing on my car. Although I take care of it mechanically, I never took my car detailed or professionally cleaned after moved here from CALI. I traveled all over and carried boxes with me all the time, so I never really cared about how the interior looked.
Now that I’m getting a company car, I can actually enjoy my own car lookin flawless and FINESSED! The SERVICE here is outstanding. Patrick was very courteous, and cool as can be.

Very happy with my experience. Took in a mess of a four door hatchback and they did a great job cleaning it. Business doesn't look like much from the outside and they aren't super upfront about cost but I spent $120 before tip on a super interior and exterior cleaning. Friendly service.

Came in as a new customer and left with a totally spotless car. I will now be a repeat customer for sure!

Hey I tried to wash my truck like them one time and after that wore me out my truck still didn't look as good as it does when they get done with it so they have me as a customer for life.

Used to like this place but the work has definitely taken a plunge. No professionalism mobile detailing is where it's at 4 me.
