If I could give them 10 stars I would. The professionalism & sincere hospitality that Elite has shown us was beyond exemplary. From beginning to end they have handled our family with care, grace, and always kept us informed throughout the entire process. Our service was amazing and though laying a loved one to rest is not the ideal way for a family to come together, our family had a much needed time of fellowship as we support each in our shared grief. It was because of Elite that we were able to have such a beautiful & smooth celebration of Life. They treated us like we were family & that is the type of experience anyone would want when putting the last moments & memories in the hands of someone else. Thank You Elite, what you provided for our family was nothing short of amazing

Staff was very professional. The funeral directed was very understanding. Gave my grandma a beautiful service, very satisfied about the experience.

One star is way too generous. The service that was provided for my Aunt who was the matriarch of our family was less than admirable. The staff was very inattentive, cold and unprofessional. Her funeral was more like a viewing. There were black office chairs instead of more inviting comfortable chairs. You tube ads were being played over the PA system during her service, then it would be dead silence. The price was way too expensive than the service that was rendered. The program/obituary was written on the level of a fifth grader. There were lots of grammatical errors throughout the program and the graphic design was very outdated. This is a store front Funeral Home that clearly needs customer service/ bereavement training for the staff. It was a terrible way to celebrate the matriarch of our family. I was highly disappointed. Simply put, she deserved better.

I attended my wife's aunt's funeral here and the service was interesting at best. My in-laws were mourning the loss of beloved matriarch of their family and pretty much were left to run their own service. Elite did put together a program with an order of service and rolled the body in and out of the chapel, but that was about it. Other than that, the officials stood around very coldly and left it up to the family to run their own service. Normally, a director takes this on if their is no obvious family-provided officiant or if things seem disjointed. The Elite officials on hand literally stood around and allowed the service to proceed out of order and incomplete. As for the program provided, it was written and designed on the level of an eighth grader with amateur looking layout, typos, and grammatical mistakes. Lastly is the background music. It was clearly a YouTube stream. But, if you're going to go that route, pay for YouTube Red so the family doesn't have to sit through five.minutes of commercials every few minutes (My brother in-law had to ask them to skip the ads after they had played for several minutes). They did provide a respectable and orderly graveside service. But, the chapel service itself felt more like a wake than an actual funeral, not the celebration of life it was intended to be.

Had the best experience dealing with this company. Everyone was so professional and caring. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have funeral services. They made my mom look so peaceful. As if she was sleeping. Thank you solo much to the wonderful and knowledgeable staff.

This is a family business that has buried many of my love ones the service is always great prices given are what you would expect for a funeral home I love these guys I refer many ppl to them cause they do you right
