Embassy Apartments, Ozark MO

Great place to live and I'm happy with the upkeep and the tenant care they provide. They fixed my AC unit when it went out, no charge to me. Perfect location for me and my job to drive and commute to places.
**EDIT** 10/21/2022 - I'm still really happy about living here with the locations being perfect for me and all the local business surrounding. They just resurfaced the whole parking lot and do a good job keeping up maintenance on the grounds. Happy to be here!
**EDIT** 11/3/2023 - As a current resident still, I'm quite pleased with how well everything is still maintained and managed on all fronts. Good communication between the leasing office management and the residents whenever there are issues that arise or PSAs that are helpful like when the office will be closed or repair work done to utilities.

I have lived at Ozark embassy apartments for a couple years now. The apartments are nice. The internet is fast and free. It’s a pet friendly place. Parking can be tight, but other than that I have no complaints.

I love living at Embassy Ozark! I always feel safe at the complex! Not to mention it is in a great location! So cheers to another year!

We just renewed our lease for our fourth year living here at the Embassy Apartments in Ozark and we are still just as happy with everything as we were when we first moved in. The community is amazing, and the staff is prompt to solve any issues we have. By far the best apartment experience.

We have lived in the Embassy Apartments for 7 years and we love it here. Everything is well kept and very clean. It’s a great location in Ozark and close to Springfield. They are pet friendly! We love the pool and the workout room!

I've lived here for several years and just renewed my lease for another year because this place is great! Not only is the rent at a decent price, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Its a great place for families or single people because it has it all here, from the play area for little kids to a beautiful pool area with a kiddy pool next to it, to a fitness room for those who like to workout! Management is also very friendly and welcoming as well! And the last selling point would be the maintenance, they are very fast in responding to any problems tenants might have! So if you are looking for a great place to rent that isn't super expensive then this is the place for you!

I'm looking forward to the 3rd year of my lease. It's been a pleasure living here.

I love how clean the grounds are of the apartments. During the summertime, my family and I love spending our days at the pool. The Child pool is a big hit for my small children. The playground is also very clean as well.

My daughter, grandson have lived here for almost 10 years. With the way the prices on rent has become so expensive this community is very reasonable for what we get. Pool playground, and being quiet, take care of the renters. Be a long time before I go anywhere else.

These apartments are great, I just signed for another year! The location of the apartments is great! The property is well-kept, neighbors are friendly, pool is perfect for summer, and maintenance responds quickly. I would highly recommend Embassy Apartments!

Living in the community of Ozark is so great. We love how the town has everything we need, and a lot of it is walking distance from our Apartment. We live next to the highway but don't find it to be noisy at all. We are loving living here. Getting ready to start year eight!

I've lived at the Embassy Apartments in Ozark MO, owned by The Wooten Company LLC for about the past year now. And this being my first apartment/place while living on my own, I've thought it has been a very pleasant place to live. The application process is simple, the rules are normal rental properties rules, but very easy going and easy to work with. Rent also isn't crazy high for the area, which is always nice obviously. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

I've been renting from Embassy Apartments under the Wooten company for 1 year already and just leased again for a 2nd year. Honestly could not recommend these apartments more! There is a playground, pool, exercise room, and clubhouse. Maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner whenever a issue arised and property is kept clean and maintained. As a single mom with 3 kids, I've also just loved how safe I feel here! Desiree the property manger is also really helpful if you have any questions or need help, really sweet.

Prices here are incredibly reasonable!

You are also walking distance from Price cutter and restaurants as well as easy access to the highway.

My boyfriend and I just renewed for our second year at the Embassy Ozark Apartments. We are really impressed with the quality and upkeep of these apartments compared to others you can find in Springfield for way more in rent. The office is great about messaging back fast. Maintenance is speedy and efficient with their fixes and the community is so welcoming. Parking can be a little iffy, but it is easily over looked by a lot of other great qualities these apartments have. We will definitely be staying here for a while.

I just started my 4th year here and it has been wonderful the whole time (with one exception of a neighbor's noisy dog that was quickly resolved). Maintenance is quick to respond and easy to request, and the manager has always been friendly and easy to talk to. The apartment itself is huge, and I love the layout. Definitely would recommend!
