I've been living here a few months now and de'anyai and the maintenence team have easily taken care of any problems or concerns that has rissen and handled it properly.

A Very nice place so far, much better than my old apartment. I had been helped by De'Anyai over the last month to get everything i needed to move in. She was always so nice and helpful, able to answer any question I had she made the move in process much easier than I was expecting (Due to past experiences). The property is always so lively with all the children running around and I cannot wait until the pool opens. I hope my experience will continue to stay 5 Stars.

I want to give a five-star to miss DeAnyai Brett, she is so sweet. She stay professional at all times, even on her lunch break she is willing to help by any means. It doesn't matter the situation it could be a crazy situation she will always be professional, she'll get the job done as soon as it has been reported. Thank you DeAnyai Brett for all you do

5-starts for the staff - DeAnyai is so sweet and always willing to help out with anything. She makes the move-in process so easy and seamless. The maintenance staff is also fantastic - they're always so nice and respectable to residents. Thanks to the team!

Please stay away from this place they scam people very bad management and rude lady at the office if I could give 0 stars I would have

I just recently moved from this complex and I can honestly say it was a pretty good living here deyanea (I believe that's how you spell her name) and Shannon are good at what they do maintenance men are very quick to fix issues there are parking issues but they're working on it give them a shot

DeAnye' has been absolutely amazing throughout this entire process. Always patient and understanding, never rushing through paperwork or questions. Even during the move in process before walk through DeAnye' made me feel as if I was HOME. Thank you so much a million times DeAnye'. When DeAnye' wasn't available to assist Shannon never hesitated to step in help me. Shannon didn't miss a beat in were we where on our application process either, right in point. You ladies rock! Thank you all again for this experience. ️️️

So Far So Great. I mostly dealt with De’Anyai during my move in process and everything went great. I only met Shannon once but she seems like a really nice person. The only thing I didn’t like during the move in process was that they didn’t have units available to show before we moved in so it was blind move but the unit is perfect for me and dog.

Lived here for almost a year now. I really like it here, very peaceful. Deanyai is very easy to get in contact with. She is very sweet and professional.

The office staff is always super helpful! I've been here a little over a year, and a few months ago when I decided to get a dog they made the process super easy!

Just want to throw out a kudos to DeAnyai Brett, the assistant at Emerald Crossing. I witnessed her go above and beyond for a new move in. Some office staff will do only what is expected of them. DeAnyai is one who does more. I salute her and her pleasant demeanor. Smiles go a long way.

I have been a resident here for about 8 years and since the new managment has taken over I have seen a major difference! DeAnyai and Shannon are so nice and inviting. They truly show care for the Residents. I really would like to gift the staff lunch. I really love it here.

Lived here for 2 years now. Getting ready to move out due to personal circumstances. They're a great apartment complex, quick to respond to any issues and will not leave them half finished, and the neighbors are awesome.

This place is a scam they charge you $275 and then they deny you but their website says that they will give you the $200 back which is the processing fee but they will keep the $75 for the application fee but when you're denied and call them they tell you that they're keeping your $200 avoid at all cost I'm out almost $300 because of their scam avoid at all cost. They responded to this a few days later after I posted this and simply try to cover themselves by replying that they're trying to help me but they're not trying to help me they sent me an email and when I told him that they're pay website clearly stated that they would reimburse the $200 processing fee if I wasn't approved they still refused to give me the money back they refuse to call me then they refused to respond to my email this is a sham this is a spam do not listen to what they say they will take your money they will steal your money because they did it to me and they will do it to you

I needed to rent two units for our employee's. Great staff, easy to work with. Nice units.

Quiet chill been here 3 years and never seen the police called. Yes I spotted roaches a few times but if u clean they shouldn't be a problem to get rid of. I hate the new late fee being so high but other than that I'm happy
