17The experience was alright. And the nurses were great. I am just not satisfied that again I walked out of there not really having any idea what is going on. The symptoms that lead me to go to the emergency room are still on going. It’s not the first time this has happened. I guess this time I should be happy that I didn’t get a rude doctor who accused me of just being there for drugs when I had previously had walking pnuemonia and had coughed my ribs loose. I was there for pain
Everyone I came in contact with was polite, professional and kind to me. Could not have asked for a better experience even if it is one we all would rather not have. Thank you and thank your very professional staff.

The er lady did not provide me with a greeting she just asked did I need to be seen! I felt like I was bothering her! I had to say I’m doing fine thanks for asking! The nurse who came and got me was ok, I felt the doctor was ok but I didn’t like that I was grouped with everyone else having a virus! I questioned my bp cause it went from 136/63 at the front desk to 116/58 to 103/63 I believe he said it was perfect! We didn’t discuss it like I wanted to!
Walked in and out just that fast, Great service. Everyone was nice from the front door too leaving, I will recommend SSM!
Never go back there again. I go in there in some of the worst pain I’ve ever been in and they give me Tylenol and send me on my way
Nurse Sogoul, Lindsey the chest x-ray tech, and Doctor Butler were amazing. Every member of staff was wonderful.
Everyone was amazing took there time and most of all listened to my concerns and problems. Looked more into the problem that started and solved it thank you all so much staff and doctors were excellent
The entire ER staff was very involved and intended on my care, talked and informed me about how they were going about my care

Was in and out in about 3 hours and thats with test. I was at a different hospital 4 days erlier and was there for 4 hours and not even seen before i just left. Will definitely be going back to SSM St Charles.
The staff was friendly and very helpful. They took a scary situation and managed to make it into an enjoyable experience.
Horrible. Nobody in the waiting room and still had me waiting. Didn’t matter that I had a head injury.went to Mercy and was seen Stat and found out I had a concussion. NEVER WILL I VISIT THE ER HERE AGAIN!
Had breathing issues. I got in quickly and the staff was very thorough and I was impressed with all staff who took care of me. THANK YOU!
Not a busy day, however, nursing staff had a bit of an attitude & slow to respond. I was more than thankful & kind despite this.
There were only two other patients in the waiting room and I still waited about and hour and a half. Once I got into a room everything and everyone was great.
Came in with a bad migraine and they gave me something and next thing I knew it I was feeling better
Although I had to wait over an hour and a half to be seen, once I got to a room the nurses and doctor were great about figuring out a diagnosis and getting treatment started right away.
