The experience was terrible, and the worker was very unprofessional. He told me that my pass was supposed to foam up like beer at the top. So basically, he eyeballed my drug test instead of testing it like the company paid the clinic to do. The clinic is in a bad part of town, and he stereotypes before the test is done. He made it aware to me that everyone is on drugs. I was not given any respect or courtesy, and he did all that he could to sabotage my testing. After he was disrespectful to me and put his finger in my face, he attempted to play the victim and called the police on me. He said that I would have to retake the test, which I agreed too but then proceeded to tell me to leave.

Fast, easy, and only took maybe 30 minutes. Tyler Darrin was very friendly and explained the process and directions very clearly, overall grate service.

I have been very satisfied. They have been great to work with and very helpful. Has made my drug testing very worry free and easy

I would recommend EDTS services to anyone who made need Dot exams to go see Henry. His office is very professional and discrete. He takes care of his patrons and patients with the utmost care. Fast and friendly staff makes it as pleasant as possible.

Extremely unprofessional and Henry was flat out rude and disrespectful. These are people’s lives and careers and he clearly does not care at all.

DOT physical was super quick and efficient. Super polite and friendly attendant Henry explained things well and rushed us through even though there were no lines or others waiting. After my physical there was a video conference with the doctor who was offsite, to review my results and discuss health issues. Both Henry and the doctor were super knowledgeable and willing to go over any health issues either me or my husband had (we got our DOT physicals at the same time).

Never in my cdl career have anyone smell someone’s Pee. Rude inconsiderate. This guy put his nose over my urine. Unprofessional and no manners. Why are you smelling pre - employment Pee. Had to be against the law.

Henry was super helpful, professional and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend coming here to get a drug screen test. The facility is clean and the customer service is top notch. Most drug screen places that I have gone to, I end up waiting for 15 minutes or more before I get seen. Total time around an hour generally. (Different college programs and work opportunities played into my regular visit to these establishments). With Henry, I was in and out in 15 minutes. He’s professional, kind and works hard to make sure he gets you taken care of in a timely manner! Need a drug screen? Look no further!

Take the one star comments out of the equation, looks like most of them are angry at Henry for doing his job in a professional capacity and they didn’t get their way if that was due to their inability to follow directions or poor life choices. Regardless, not the owner’s fault and this place was phenomenal.
