Encompass Medical Group Lee's Summit Office

I’ve been going to the Lees Summit clinic for years and have NEVER had a negative experience - Everyone has ALWAYS been pleasant and professional, from the front desk staff to the PA’s, lab techs and of course Dr. Muro. No one likes having to go to the Dr.but knowing I’m going someplace where I’m going to treated like this makes it a lot easier.

I didn’t wait long and the receptionist and assistant were all very friendly. Dr. Muror always takes time to talk and make you feel comfortable while listening to what your problem is.

This is a great Medical office they are really nice to everyone try to get Dr. David Geidl he is a great doctor and he listens to his patients and gives his patients wonderful care he is also very knowledgeable in his field and shows great passion for his work and has lots of knowledge dealing with diabetes and all other medical need.

Called trying to get my blood work done they gave me an appointment for the doctor visit the next day but said they would have to check with the lab and get back with me. I ended up having to fast until 2: 30 pm the next day to get my blood work done after my doctor appointment. Never got a call back. These people think we have nothing better to do than wait around for an appointment.

Dr. Boyd really listens to what's going on with me and is trying to help me get what I need. And maybe I'll get the I need to live better and not be so depressed all the time.

Highly recommend this practice. The staff is excellent and I’ve trusted Dr. Emily Robb with my care for the past 10 years. She gives a solid advice and she takes the time to listen. Also love the new location off Douglas and 470.

I’ve been seeing Ashley Murphy since Dr. Dexter left and she has done a wonderful job. She listens she’s very considerate she takes her time. She answers my questions and is very knowledgeable. I have never had a problem scheduling an appointment. I have no complaints. I feel like they’ve done a great job.

Always diffiçult getting refills, or sometimes getting one at all. Ive been trying for two months to get a RX I was approved for. They requested me to come in yet again, I did.still waiting on same RX.that I was approved for, again. On other prescriptions, quantity wrong on 2 out of three. I sent a request for a callback, that hasn't happened either. Service going downhill. Nice people though!

Dr. Muro and his staff are amazing. They truly make you feel cared about, heard, and are there with any questions you need. I love this practice.

Everyone is always very polite and very professional, and always satisfies and answers all my questions.they always treat me with great respect.

Multiple times MULTIPLE times over years the reception desk has not answered calls. Either the receptionists are hanging up my calls or the system randomly drops calls after 3-4 minutes of waiting because this happened three times in a ROW of being hung up on before reaching a representative. Was caller number ONE waiting after being hung up three different times to finally be number three in line? This is not the first time this has happened and its not the second either. Waste your time here if you'd like, I'm only still going here for Dr. Muro. And Dr. Rizzy is awesome for ortho.

Encompass books us in the same week or the following week when needed. Dr Boyd is who we see. He is very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. His assistant and nurse are very responsive to us and to Dr Boyd's requests. Phone calls to the office are becoming more responsive as well. Previously they were a nightmare but they have solved that issue.

Great service. Doctor Muro got me scheduled at another encompass location for x-rays the same day as my appointment with him. His medical assistant called the next day with the results.

I find the staff to be very courteous and helpful. Dr. Muro is very detailed and takes time to listen to the patient and suggest the best option for treatment.
They don’t rush you like I have seen when visiting other health care professionals.
