I was referred to Endodontics of the Ozarks for a root canal. Dr. Pack was kind and considerate during the procedure, however the assistant lacked the same bedside manner. She knocked my teeth and the back of my throat repetitively while suctioning, and her x-ray performances felt careless and rushed. It's as if she has no concern as to whether she inflicted pain. While adjusting the x-ray she practically yanked the device out of my unopened mouth.

I was given little to no information on next steps following the surgery. The receptionist taking payment after the procedure caught an instant attitude when I asked questions about insurance. She was rude and dismissive. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Do Not use the service as they're nothing but scam artist and will lie to you about your insurance qualifications regardless of the facts. Poor management and customer service.

Went in for an extraction and I have really bad dental anxiety. The dental assistant and doctor were awesome and constantly checked on me throughout the procedure. Everyone was really friendly and the office is nice. I would definitely go back if needed.

I had a large infection on the top of a tooth. Dr. Park did a wonderful procedure to remove the damaged part of the tooth and remove and treat the infection. I had two unique outcomes: 1. He was so careful giving the pain meds that I never felt pain in the numbing process. 2. I had very little pain post surgery. This was my first Endodontic procedure and while I hope to never need one again. I know where to go and who to ask for.

Dds dr Jacob Pack explained the multiple issues with my past "hill billy" dental repairs and developed a plan on where to start the repairs.

Best dental experience I've ever had, and I've had many many. I had a root Canal, and they explained my situation throughly before doing the procedure, and explained step by step while doing it. No pain during or after. Thanks for helping a nervous patient and making the experience so good.

Was able to get me in same day I called and do the root canal, very upfront with cost and procedure, very painless procedure.

Don't go here. I had 2 root canals done and they continued to hurt and was told by Dr. Newberry they were fine. Ended up having to pay to have 1 redone and the other requires oral surgery to remove. I have had another tooth that had a root canal 20 years ago and had no issues.

Dr. Newberry was amazing and is really good at making you less anxious during the procedure. I highly recommend!

What an amazing place! I was referred here by another dentist due to an infected root canal caused by my previous dentist missing a canal. They took me in same day, I was a bag of emotions as I have a HORRIBLE fear of the dentist stemming from a traumatic experience as a child. Dr. Newberry was beyond kind and gentle, during the initial numbing barely felt him give the injection. During the procedure I did feel pain however he was prepared for this he numbed me up again without missing a beat. Through the root canal retreatment he kept reassuring me and offering words of comfort. I wish I could provide more than 5 stars for this place. Even after my root canal I had a slight issue with billing, not due to any part of the staff. I was in a world of hurt, sobbing. A front desk clerk went above and beyond and helped me out.:). If you need any sort of root canal treatment or anything of the sort please please consider this place. Super friendly, and very good at what they do.

I had my first root canal done here. The cost was less than $1,000,000 (which was nice), and the experience was incredible. The numbing solution made my upper mouth feel like it was floating on a cloud, and the mini drill they used added a peaceful ambiance as I watched Dr Phil. I plan on breaking off another molar just so I have an excuse to go back.

My initial visit was today and I was very anxious. Dr. Pack was very understanding and took the time to answer my concerns. He was very personable as was the support staff. Thank you!

Wow! I have never had such a positive experience at the dentist before. I get a lot of anxiety anytime I have dental work. Dr. Newberry and the assistants made it feel so easy going and worked to keep me calm through the entire process. I had a root canal done (I’ve been told these are a nightmare) and didn’t feel a thing. It was a quick and smooth process, even through my stress tears. I was so shocked when he told me I was almost done after what felt like a quick 10 minutes. Can’t brag on them enough!

Horrible. Rudest front desk ever. Refused to give correct directions. Was told loom for an suv in parking lot. Um thanks for that you lazy jerk. Never been treated so rude. Glad I didn't go bad vibes after the phone call. So will be calling the dentist that referred me amd filing complaint with them as well.

I have been a patient here since 2012. I remember how understanding they were and got me in immediately right before my wedding. Fast forward several years, and I started having tooth pain again in another tooth. Since I've had my 3rd child, I've had issues with my teeth due to a calcium difficiency.

I know there are some bad reviews on here, but what company doesn't have bad days? I've had one instance here where I know I was having a bad day because of all the tooth pain I've been experiencing over the last one and half years now and I know I was to blame as well for this experience. What I can say, is after the bad experience, the doctor and front staff, did everything they could to make it right. I can tell they genuinely care for their patients. So, especially in today's times, I know how important it is to be able to feel like we have freedom of speech, but as my mother would say, "don't judge someone because of their bad days, until you've given them a chance to show how they can be on their good ones. Try to be understanding of someone, because you never know what they may be going through. " I think the world would be a much better place if we could all be more understanding of each other.

Thank you Endodontics of the Ozarks for your continued care, your patience, and understanding. I pray for many more successful years.

Root canal. First time, I was nervous and the anesthesia didn't work the greatest at first. But doc was there through the whole thing to make me comfortable. It's a root canal.that id give 1 star. But, the people performing it deserve more than I could award. Now, hopefully this heals quickly.

I would not recommend this place. I went in for a root canal and three hours later came out with a tooth extraction that was very traumatic when it was removed. It took the dentist an hour and a half to remove this tooth, he even walked away twice during that out of frustration. I was offered hydrocodone and I told the dental assistant that I was allergic to hydrocodone, I was never offered anything else for pain. I finally just said I’ll take ibuprofen. Once I got home my pain became increasingly worse my daughter called and they gave me tramadol which didn’t touch the pain. I called back in the morning and was told to use 800 mg of ibuprofen along with 1000 mg of Tylenol. I was also using clove oil to numb it. The pain went on for a week and I called and the lady told me well it’s going to hurt for a week to two. I was also told that I must get a bone graft if I wanted to get an implant otherwise I could only have a partial so I paid an additional $350 for the bone graft. With this tooth being a bone graft with suturing I never figured it would be a dry socket. I came in and saw Dr. McFarland because Dr.pack was not in he had to clean out the whole bone graft it never took and I now have a dry socket.
